I just had a wonderful experience in the perfume department with Juanita Roy. She was so knowledgeable, patient, and made my shopping experience so pleasant! She was not pushy, and really listened to my wants/hesitations. Her guidance was top tier professional and I will now be a returning customer, loyal to her as long as I live in the area.

Always have good experiences with staff and clothes here. For instance, near the end of season a pair of cashmere lined lamb skin Murano gloves can be had for under $30. High quality goods!

Shopped the Lancome counter - Myrna was BEYOND WONDERFUL & I look forward to continuing now with Lancome.
& I shopped the lingerie dept... didn't find any bras this time, but I enjoyed talking with the Associate working that day. Both ladies' kindness made my day.

A friend and I came here looking for some specific clothing items and were profiled SO hard by security… the woman in the juniors section with grey shoulder length hair, drawn in eyebrows and freckles was literally YELLING at us from across the way, “want me to bag that up for you? ready to check out?” (From 30 feet away) while a security guard was tailing us around. Disgusting treatment of customers, and disgusting treatment of anyone even if they think we look sketchy (classism and I’m CERTAIN they’re racist). ZERO conflict skills or communication. Needless to say I generally don’t shop at department stores because they’re snobby corporate headaches but this outdated attempt at passive aggressive intimidation is why department stores are a dying breed. The younger class of wealth sees right through your tacky sequins and carcinogenic fragrances, Linda. I’ll spend my dev salary somewhere worthwhile.
