“Pleasantly surprised at the convenience and selection at this store. It has greatly improved since my last visit. Great prices & good sales on a wide selection of brands. Staff were helpful when approached, but did not get in my way. Good size fitting room. Plenty of free parking.”

They are amazing Handling my many returns; I really enjoy shopping online & Keeping the items that work for me. I do wish that there was a way to have the name of who helped you on the receipt. So I make a point to ask. ? The staff is exceptional. Pamela C. Helped me so much & was so kind. I can’t even put it into words. She went above & beyond for me in jewelry & checked me out in a handbags five minutes till closing. Truly wonderful. Arezou was also lovely ✨ I wish I had thought to ask the name of the girl Who processed my return at the shoe dept & ordered it in another size for me. Basically shop here. There are so many things to choose from and if they don’t have it, they have it on the app. I hope you guys treat your associates well because they treat us well. “I am reviewing the photo studio in j.c. Penney Asheville on tunnel road. Photographer did an excellent job with our group portrait for 6 people. We had a very crabby toddler and a 6 year old with us yet the photos turned out quite well. Truly a miracle! Thanks to the hard work of the photographer!”

“I will drive the extra distance to ckme to this location, or the one on airport road to avoid the bleachery blvd location. That said, this is the Walmart I go to do grocery shopping. It isn't very crowded, the store is always in order, and the workers are friendly and helpful. This Walmart also tends to have better items in their clearance section than the other Walmarts in the area. For instance, I managed to get a heater I had been looking to purchase that retailed over one hundred U.S. dollars. I got it for a about a quarter of that due to clearance. It was an amazing deal on something I was already prepared to spend much more on. Note, this was a lucky coincidence and it doesn't happen often. So please don't expect that everytime you come to this or any other location.
Other than that, this location is a little smaller than the others, so they don't always have a lot of choices on what you're looking for, so it's best to stick to basic necessities and foods while shopping here.”
“Hands down best experience at any Anthro ever! Shiloh and Wendell are magic in the fitting rooms! The kindest, most helpful, genuine Anthro team member ms I’ve ever interacted with. As someone who has been struggling with my style since having a kid, they helped me find a personal style again. If you have ever gone into a fitting room and thought everything looked bad on you or that you weren’t beautiful or bold enough, you need to run to see Shiloh and Wendell. I can’t say enough about the positive experience. Completely different from any Anthro I’ve ever been in.”
“So I had some Groupon points near expiration and I was at a loss of what to buy. Until I saw a pet portrait for JCP on there. For $15. That's exactly what I had. It included a photo shoot and one digital and physical print. Sold. I made an appointment and then called. They offered same day. They had A lot of appointments actually. Super smooth. Nice person who chatted with me. Easy to park in garage and straight shot into JCP. Difficult to find the portrait studio tho. Go up the stairs and to the back left. Very hidden. And two staff directed me wrong. I was on time but left waiting like 15 mins because of a family finishing up. Not ideal with a cat in a bag.... Literally. Maybe with pet portraits but a little more aware of time and such. The family children were also screaming. To be fair, probs not a lot of cats coming in here. So that's a good thing to keep in mind. The person taking my photos was professional and sweet. Not a whole lot of awareness- ex she tried to use giant sleighbells to get my cats attention. He almost pooped his fur. She also got so confused when I asked for a 90s or v day theme background stating "what about blue"? To be fair, I was kinda taking this whole thing as a joke. And it's her job. And she took it seriously. And I respect that. Overall she was so patient and gave great pose ideas. Actually now thinking more, I hope she didn't think I was rude. I was a little stressed about my cat in there. He was v stressed. Thankfully, the whole process only took about an hour including driving. And she was quite understanding about timing and listening to my Feedback/ideas. Not sure I would recommend this for cats. Definitely going to be a once in a lifetime thing. Make sure to read the fine print for it all. I tried to get out of the physical print as it was $10 shipping (and the same as the digital) but she couldn't do that. I get it- im sure they have a ton of rules. And now it's hanging in my living room to scare of all my potential future dates. I was emailed a link to my photos I marked as favs in studio post session even tho I didn't pay extra. Not sure if that was on purpose but I took screenshots. Not the best quality but dang. I wasn't expecting all these gems. Honestly for $10 (plus the $15) this was priceless. Happy Valentine's Day from a single gal and her kitty cat.”

“It's all about Wendy. She was working at returns when I realized the food processor I had just bought was actually not the one on sale. We went together to see what was up. The one on sale was a different brand and all sold out. I said: Well, I'll take the refund and see how much it is on Amazon. She countered with: We (Target) price-match! She looked it up on Amazon. It was &15 less on Amazon. I agreed that the price was right for the brand I wanted and we had a win-win situation. Where I came from, something like this would NEVER happen. Asheville Target has a gem, with Wendy as an employee.”
“This Walmart has a pretty good selection in comparison to some. Everything is easy enough to find && they manage to keep it all stocked regardless of whatever this world throws at us (covid, whatever) prices, like everywhere else, is increasing but Walmart is still my go to for groceries”
