Have been buying furniture from Davis for years and have been pleased up until a month ago. We bought a mattress and had it delivered for $100.00, NOT KNOWING that the mattress CAME IN A BOX!!! We discussed having a truck but unsure if a unboxed mattress would fit………of course a BOXED MATTRESS would fit!!!! THE LADY AT THE DESK DID NOT SHARE THIS INFORMATION!!! Went to buy another mattress for different bed and this time they said they had only one IN A BOX. We feel the integrity of Davis is not the same as a few years back. We will shop there again, but will definitely ask more questions and clarify.

Cheaply made furniture!! After a little over 2 years (and $2000 +) the recliner portions of our sofas broke, very thin fabric tore, back portion held together with cheap wood broke in half. We just replaced them with quality furniture. Never again! I hope this saves someone from throwing away their money at this place.

I purchased 2 couches from Davis on December 14th, 2023. One of them hasn't worked since it was delivered. The service company (which I paid an additional $300 for) took 7 weeks to initially respond and we're unable to fix it at that time. To date March 10, 2024 this couch is still broken. The second couch broke March 3rd. I went to Davis today to ask to finish the repair on the first couch and to exchange the second one. I was told sorry there is nothing we can do. They pointed to my receipt where it states "Items may be returned within 5 days for a store credit. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ALL MATTRESS SALES ARE FINAL Thanks for being our customer!" I made it clear I only wanted to exchange the second broken couch for a different manufacturer and that if there was a price difference I would pay it. I wouldn't recommend purchasing anything from this business. It's clear they don't stand behind their products, nor have any desire working through unforeseen circumstances with their customers. If I could give zero stars I would. Next weekend, I'll be out front of Davis with a sign and will talk to anyone who wants to listen and warn them so they don't make the same mistake.

This was a find. They have a great assortment of prices for all furniture. And the salesperson and all staff were so kind. Gerri who sold me our couch just wanted to help me; even if it meant referring me to other local businesses. She knew she could only help so much w my tough situation for my family member, and she was greatly appreciated.... this is a great business!
