If I could give them no stars I would. The pharmacists over the phone showed no compassion or empathy. Even my provider said they have had issues with this pharmacy filling urgent medications in a timely manner. I was prescribed antibiotics and they had my prescription for over two hours and would not give me an estimate of when it would be ready by. I’m extremely sick and not only would they not give me an eta they were very rude and mean and that is not nice when you’re extremely sick. I will never use this pharmacy again and don’t recommend going here. Very un-compassionate people who work there. Management should really intervene and figure out how to get people better health care.
*Only thing I will add was the male pharmacist was kind and helpful but the women who answered the phone were not empathetic at all.

Been trying to call literally ALL DAY been on hold for HOURS and the pharmacy refuses to pick up the phone… so frustrating. Horrible work ethic and no customer service at all. Will never do business with this branch again.

This place is really something. You never know when they will be open or closed. I stopped by to get a prescription one day and the lady angrily told me she hasn't had time to fill any prescriptions because she's been helping customers all day. Sounds like they're critically short staffed and there is probably a good reason that people don't want to work there.

Quite possibly the slowest pharmacy I've ever experienced in my life. Takes over 24 hours to fill a prescription. If you can't fill a prescription in the same day, you need longer hours or more staff.

I wouldn’t recommend this store to my worst enemy. They have absolutely no customer service skills what so ever. Working in healthcare myself I know exactly how the healthcare system works and this place shouldn’t even be allowed to consider themselves a pharmacy or serve patients.

CVS is sorta hit or miss on certain things maybe it's the lack of staff idk. Always seems like theres stuff ready to be put out on the shelves just sitting around on the floor. Kinda like dollar general.
