I'm here now on Friday May 24th to return a product. They are not open! The sign only says they will be closed on Memorial day Monday the 27th. I drove 45 min to return this!

Good store for supplies in cosmetology. If only the supply would increase after the empty shelves of the Covid years.

Donte is the best manager to have ever walked in that building. I used to dread coming in when the short heavier set girl was in charge, and I even switched to salon centric for a few months but this boy has single-handedly changed my mind about Cosmo. I love coming in now and feel like I’ve made a true friend. His knowledge is impeccable, his customer service is astonishing, and the store has never looked better.

If you are a regular customer they won't even sell you any item. I can't believe there is a business like this. There is no sign directing this for license hair technician, and Cosmologist. I felt very judged to the extent that the associate sounded disdain, unmotivated, and depressed. It's disappointing that you can't buy a item and being told that you have to be licensed. I think this store should not be open to the public, and perhaps market themselves online.

I’m not sure what’s going on with this location. Everything I place a same day delivery they get my order wrong. When Logan was there I never had to worry about that but now it seems who ever puts the order together can’t read the print out correctly. It’s very frustrating when you post for delivery plus tip and the order is wrong and you end up having to go there anyways. If y’all gonna offer the service at least try to get the orders right. I try to be understanding but after the 5th order being wrong,meaning 12 items I can use, I feel some kinda way about it.

Logan is the most personable sales person I’ve been around in a long time! While I was shopping I heard her greet every new customer with kindness and a personal connection. People coming in with a scowl on their face we’re quickly smiling because Logan was saying something authentically kind. The world needs more people like this woman. She made the trip into the store well worth it even if not everything was in stock.

The staff is loving and kind. They make a valiant effort to find the products you need and if they are out of something, will try very hard to hold the item when it comes in. I feel like they are my co-workers too because they assist me in making my business its very best.
