My 2 kids, husband and I all see Amber Albrittion, APRN and have for a couple of years. She has been such a dream to work with. She's caring, asks great questions, is patient and gentle with my kids. She gives us plenty of her attention and makes sure all of our questions are answered and more. I can't recommend her enough. The practice has been fine to work with. It's super easy to get a same day sick appointment. We rarely wait too long to see the Dr. The front desk staff are all kind. They have a kid's area in the waiting room and toys/crayons & coloring book in the Dr office to use. We love this practice. I'm so grateful to have found Amber!

My family sees Dr. Ulrich as our primary doctor. He and his staff have been wonderful to work with and go above and beyond. We are grateful.

As far as Western medicine doctor's offices go, we've had an excellent experience with this one. My daughter (5) and I both go here and see different doctors (Young and Amber) and they're caring, kind, take their time with us (to the extent they can.) They're fairly responsive. They take Medicaid.

They’ve always taken good care of my family here. When I suffered an early miscarriage the receptionist stayed on the phone with me rather than putting me on hold. The people have heart here.

So this is going to be a long one, sorry. Been going her for 10-11 years and things just keep getting worse. It was no big deal when a nurse told my wife that they couldn't see her about her recently discovered pregnancy as they weren't taking new patients. My wife was already a patient and it turned out they could absolutely take my unborn son. It was no big deal when they receptionist would get after you for calling it a walk-in appointment not a same-day sick appointment. Heck it was no big deal that the whole nursing staff lacked a bedside manner, instead having the personality of a baked potato.So what are the big deals? How about when the baked potato pandemic spread to the reception staff? They all act so put upon when a patient shows up. Why are they all so upset? Something is rotten in Denmark. How about when the nurses call you to explain your results, but do so in an unclear manner and even tell you the wrong organ? How about the fact that when you call the phone rings and rings before going to hold music which is so load it seems their trying to gain more business by giving people tinnitus. Oh and then they'll tell you to leave a message n their voice mail but it's full, and even if you do get a hold of someone to leave a message for you "care" team it's days before you get any response.

Had an issue with my throat and was able to get a same day appointment thank you to Nurse on call Andie. Nurse Emily treated me and prescribed meds started feeling better in a few hours. You guys are rock stars!!!

As a transman, I’ve never felt more comfortable. Dr. Albritton has been my pcp for four years now. She treats me like an actual human being. Listens to any issues I may have. Best doctor I e ever had in my opinion. It’s nice to be heard. I highly recommend this doctors office. Especially for trans individuals.

Valerie at the front desk was very helpful with scheduling me an appointment. She was very kind over the phone and very understanding. You could tell how much effort she puts in with patients.

I'm trans and see Dr Albritton. She's been incredible in every way, both in regards to trans healthcare/hrt but also for other things I needed to address. She's very present, humorous and considerate and has this casual air about her that puts me at ease. I don't feel like I'm talking to a professional who thinks they know more about my body than I do, but instead I'm talking to a professional who believes me and wants to work with me to get to the bottom of any issue I have. Highly recommend her to any trans friends of mine.

Communication between office staff and doctors is poor. I've been a client and have been waiting on a response from a doctor for three months to get an appointment. I had to find another Dr. to address my issue and now will have to wait an additional 3 weeks for that. I've checked back several times, still no response.

Vert disappointed with CFP. All three of our young children came here for care (ages 2, 6, and 9).Some serious complaints:1) Nearly gave my youngest child (age 1 at time) a double dose of a vaccine - my wife caught it, 2) nurse measured our newborn's head wrong not once but twice - of course we were worried sick until i measured at home at it was perfectly fine for her developmental stage, 3) (most recently) my wife took son into get checked for sore throat, fever, etc....my wife asked about a strep test and was told "oh, he doesn't need one..." Well...everyone in my home ended up getting a sore throat, my youngest now has an infection and everyone tested POSITIVE for STREP (we ended up changing practices), 4) they forgot to document that they gave one of our children a flu vaccine, 5) nursing staff would often curse around our children. We really wanted to like CFP and liked our MD, however, their staff's numerous mistakes have become our liability.This isn't a pizza shop or clothing store where a low rating would mean bad customer service or a bad pizza.....this is a MD practice where well being is on the line.You cannot make these types of mistakes folks!
