We arrived to find a Large room that was very clean. The was a small refrigerator and a microwave. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. We had a two person jacuzzi in the room The only cons were there was not enough lighting in the room. The bedside lamps had no lightbulbs and instead there was a very small reading light and a light at the top of the headboard. For the room size it was a little dark even with all the lights on. Also the bed was so close to the heating unit that you had to walk sideways to even get through or crawl over the bed to get in and out. The breakfast was good with eggs, sausage, waffles, bagels, fruits, cereals, yogurt, and toast. The location was next to a large shopping mall, gas stations, and a restaurant. The staff was very friendly and efficient.

I exclusively stay at the Comfort Chain and continue to be satisfied. Mainly due to their points rewards and special points events. I was able to buy my Wife 200.00 of Belk gift cards by doing no more than my job. Choice Hotels have also began to gain some higher end choices for vacations.

We had a great stay at this hotel while in Asheville, NC recently. Hotel was clean. bed was firm , room clean & comfortable. Breakfast served in the mornings , guest laundry room , pet friendly on first floor. Plenty of parking, nice outdoor seating area. Employees here were very friendly & kept us supplied with anything we asked for . Very relaxed atmosphere & friendly here. We definitely will visit this location again . Location is next to Asheville Outlets & other great places to shop . Lots of restaurants close by , grocery & gas station close by . Perfect place to stay !.

Love the room. Very spacious and clean. Good location for what I wanted to do. Friendly front desk staff. The only drawback would be terrible Wi-Fi. Had trouble even loading a page and the TV would pixelate and the voices cut in and out.

We visited the hotel on 3rd July. After the check in at 2:30 pm, we were given the room on 5th floor. When we entered the room, we were shocked to see that the room is nor cleaned. Immediately reported the same to the front desk and they responded saying it will be cleaned immediately. We left and when we returned in the night, the room was in the same condition. It was 10:30 pm when we came back so we cleaned the room ourselves and slept. Yes, we cleaned it. Also, the description says sleeps 6 while booming. It is definately not sleeps 6 room. 4 max can sleep in that room

This was our first trip to Asheville, so we wanted to have a good time and have a comfortable place to come "home" to during our 3 day mini-vacation.First of all, the price is super reasonable, especially when you consider the fact we got a whirlpool suite and the centralized location of the hotel. It was like we were within 15 minutes of everything we wanted to go to!The room itself was comfortable, SUPER clean and had plenty of seating. The was a small couch, a chair and a office chair (I hate how in a lot of hotels your only real option is to sit or lay on the bed. It gets old). The bed was super comfortable.Another thing that made it a SUPER value and was one of my favorite parts was the breakfast! Not just coffee and doughnuts. Biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage, cold cereal, bagels, toast, muffins, coffee, Belgian waffles, juices and all the stuff that goes with it!I will definitely be back next time we are in town!

Yes!! When I called to make sure my reservation would still be available after I was driving from NYC, I was informed that I was getting an upgrade to a room with a jet tub. That's the room I wanted to start with but booked a room without it to save money so this made me very, very happy. The room was pristine, staff was great and though I was only there for 1 night it was a great experience. The free breakfast was wide ranging and it's literally right near the outlet mall and an open Long John Silvers (a rarity). Go check it out if you're looking for a reasonably priced hotel that's offering good value.

We always have chose to stay at Comfort inn with all our travels for many years. We have never had any issues and enjoyed our stay. That is until now. we were in Asheville,NC for a special wedding. We of course chose Comfort Inn. we were there from Wednesday to Sunday. We never had toilet paper replacement, we had to buy some. We made up our own beds after long days and nights wedding festivities. We had to chase down towels and wash cloths daily. They trash was never emptied until day 3 of it over flowing, and we bought trash bags to dump them in and had to tell them to remove them from the room. After the wedding we arrived late and the parking was full, not a space in sight. There were many spaces roped and coned for construction containers and machinery that had not moved our entire stay. We removed cones and tape to get a parking spot. we informed front desk to be told to inconveniently park across the way at a restaurant parking lot! This hotel was a disgrace to Comfort inns across the country. They officially get the worst hotel award ...Bad business. And the breakfast which we didn't eat left a lot to be desire. If in the area, we will not chose this hotel again! Management should be closely looked at here. Deborah

The one good thing ....and I mean 1 , was the front desk service.ive been here a few times, because sometimes they are the only ones with available rooms.I don't know who cleans these rooms but I do know there hasn't a single time we have had a satisfactory cleaning before we came.this time we couldn't walk around without at least socks on...there was a runny stinky mess of ice cream sandwiches in the fridge and freezer ..no towels, no toilet paper..I stayed there a while back and the day of my wedding, the housekeepers came early to my room and walked right in when my bride to be was changing..do not stay here u less you have no choice. Sorry comfort suites ...this location is the worst

Me and my husband stayed here for one night this past Saturday. Check in was easy and fast and the staff were friendly. Our room was decent. However after a 6 hour drive my lovely hubby needed to take a deuce , there is no bathroom ventilation or if there was, it sure didn't work! So you can just imagine the lovely smell that permeated the whole room. Luckily we left to go meet up with our friends and didn't have to wallow in the smell. When we came back from dinner there was absolutely no place to park. A few people were parked taking up 2 spaces, we were told by the clerk to go park down by the seafood restaurant . There is only one elevator and it is pretty small. In the morning we got on the elevator then a cleaning crew worker with a cart got on as well and it was very close quarters. Breakfast was decent . I guess they are pet friendly cause I saw so many floofers so that was fun. All in All not the worst place or the best place I have stayed.

I had a very relaxing but short stay here. The room was clean and comfortable. Right across the parking lot is a very good sea food restaurant and there are many nice restaurants nearby. It is also walking distance to an outdoor mall. I was impressed with the complimentary breakfast which included scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits, yogurt and several other items. If I come through Asheville again I will definitely be staying here!

Location location location. This place essentially is within walking distance to the outlet mall. It is well maintained and clean. The staff is friendly and the price is excellent. Another plus is that it is dog friendly. Each morning I was able to walk my dog around the parking lot of the outlet mall and then around the hotel with plenty of lighting. There are poop bags around the hotel and the outlets. The complementary breakfast is decent. It has a few hot items, breads, cereals, and yogurts. I usually eat it once or twice on my visits but wouldn't want it every day. The one negative is that the small workout room does not have a treadmill or even a little bit of dumbbells. Instead it has an outdated machine that really should be replacedOverall this place is worth checking out if you need a clean and fairly cheap place to sleep. Recommended.
