I just wanna thank Zack and Trent for all their hard work. My truck had a steering column issue and over the past 2 days both of them have worked on it. Trent diagnosed the problem almost right away while Zack replaced my steering column for me. Thinking it was the computer after the installing the replacement column. Turns out we also just had the wrong ignition switch. Thank you guys so much for all your hard work!!

I read some reviews that question price. Having been my own mechanic for many years, I am intimately familiar with labor time, parts cost (which have skyrocketed over the last 4 years), and the costs in fuel & insurance, and wages which have gone up. Keeping qualified mechanics on the road ain't cheap. As I write this, they're working out a overheating situation on my old Dodge B250 camper van. I broke down off exit 2 of I-240. Called for assistance and mechanic was there within 45 mins. Friendly knowledgeable, and proficient. Can't ask for anything else.

I am from out of town and was stranded this morning. I tried until the afternoon to get my car to crank, and failed. So I called these guys just now with the issue.
The internet mechanics and my #1 dude already had failed me, so I was gonna have these guys come out and see if they could get her out of "anti-theft" or "immobilizer" mode. The battery in my car had gone low and after charging it back up on the slow charger, it suddenly would not do anything except display the "immobilizer" warning light [2019 Kia Sportage].
I called these guys at Come To You Automotive and described the issue to the guy who answered. I told him I needed someone with the ability to go beyond just the OBD II reader, someone who could plug in to the onboard computer and do a diagnostic. Well, unfortunately dealerships make themselves proprietary on this stuff, so I would be forced to reluctantly have her towed there, just for the diagnostic.
Then the dude on the phone said, before you do that, make sure it's not just a weak battery in your key fob.
#BAM. That was it. All I had to do was switch to my spare key, which had a fresh battery. BOOM, I am back on the road.
So since they didn't charge me a penny for the correct advice that teh interwebz and my BEST mechanic could not solve I'm leaving this here to say thanks. If I ever have car trouble in this town again, THIS will be the FIRST place I call.

Car broke down while traveling to Asheville. Great service and quick response time. Was prompt to appointment time. Met me where I was broke down with everything necessary to get me going and back home. The technician was very friendly and informative and made sure I was good to go and get back safely. If you need a mechanic in Asheville or surrounding area highly recommended!

I live in the East Tennessee. There are NO reputable RV mechanics that aren't out to scam you. After being scammed by one RV place who not only took my money but handed me back my RV in horrible shape. I started calling around to find another place and couldn't find anyone until an RV dealer advised me if I wanted an honest mechanic I should reach out to this place and so I did. I drove 2 hrs. Meet up with Wesley who is very knowledgeable. He serviced my RV right there in front of me. He found tons of issues. Issues the other place I paid a lot of money too... should have found and fixed. Wesley also showed me how to work things on my RV that I didn't know how to work. He also showed me how to run my generator and issues to look out for. He was very friendly, funny and respectful. I would for sure take that drive again in the event I had any issues moving forward. I also will advise the locals to me... where to go.

I called noght befor and they showed up the very next day The guys that did the service call seemed to be awesome and very knowledgeable...only two reason why I can't give 5 stars one being I wasn't ever given a rate or price until around midway thur the job nor my wife which was home and gave keys to guys to begin work until I got home I was runming around 20 min behind getting back home when I got home guys introduced themselves and had began the work replacing a thermostat ,radiator, and water pump on 1986 ford bronco2 2.9l v6 about 15 min after arriving I was asked if I had been giving a price I had not so at that point they quoted me 650.00 to complete the job at this point they were already well into the job so I ate it and paid the 650 granted they did come to the jobsite the communication was not good at all from whoever sets the apps up and answers the calls and the job was done right I have driven the car since all is great ? ...second reason would be the once i had gotten done for the day i came in from work i had not noticed b4 the amount of greasy handprints left on my vehicle It was upserd and i paid $650.00$very unhappy about that and for $650.00$ i had to spend a hour of my time scrubbing the greasy hand prints off the vehicle after i got home from work its very disrespectful and not professional at all they should of had latex gloves or mechanics gloves on or very least a towel to lay on the fenders and around the door jams ? otherwise like I stated befor the actual service of the mechanics doing the job I do Give 5 stars to the mechanical service aspect of it

I wound up with a flat tire and decided to call a mobile mechanic to help as I have been fairly pressed for time. At first I was happy to have called them. They answered my call in a timely fashion, sent a technician out when they said they would, and the repair was done promptly. Awesome, wonderful! This is where it should have stopped. Instead, I went about my day (I work from home) and the next morning went to leave and the fire was flat. I did not drive the car. I called them to see what could be done, and they told me if there is a new hole they will charge me for the repair cost again. I feel like if there is a second hole or the original plug has not held then they did not do their job to diagnose the issue. I paid a premium to have a simple service done, and while something indeed was done, the fix that was done did not solve the issue. I have been in conversation with the owner and they insist that I will get a full charge to come repair a second hole, and truly I just don’t know what to do. I have never paid twice to have a service not done satisfactory the first time. I will say they have offered to come back, which I am grateful for, but to not do a job correctly the first time should not be the customers fault.

My truck had been sitting for a while and would not start. Called Come to You Automotive in the morning and they sent Wesley out that afternoon, figured out the issue and had the truck running in no time. Great service, a fair price and they come to you. Big fan!

I failed inspection last week due to the plate to my headlight being busted after someone hit me and took off. I called Come To You last Wednesday afterwards. After a brief scheduling mix up, they were able to send someone out today (just five days later). Wesley was awesome, very professional and personable. Definitely knew what he was doing and even figured out how to secure a new headlight Assembly after another shop said it couldn't be done without the bumper being on, even told me if I get another fender and bumper, it can be put on my vehicle!!
I watched him work and he was fast and efficient and answered any questions I had and never made me feel like I was in the way or a distraction.
This company can come out to you and do just about anything other than removing an engine!
I'll definitely be a repeat customer, thank you and my Honda thanks you!
