Just received my second mattress from this stellar company. Mike and his team (Ryan, Allen, Chris and others I met go above and beyond to ensure perfection. That can be a tall order as my beds are antiques! He knows how to customize the size to make a perfect fit. His delivery team is also THE BEST as they made a special trip to get accurate measurements and then picked up the bed, took to their shop for more measurements and built to those specs and returned all to me. You can’t go wrong with this company. Customer service is A++++++++++++

My husband and I are very impressed with the quality and also prices of the mattresses here. The service is very kind, professional and informative. They also have their products on display so there is nothing to hide! Parking is also easy in and easy out! We recommend them highly.

I purchased a mattress from Colton in 2021. I loved the mattress. Unfortunately, due to allergies that showed up. Several years after I purchased. Mike helped me determine through trial and error that the allergy was latex and memory foam. He allowed the return of my mattress, rebuild my mattress, and delivered it back to me. Name another mattress store that would do that. Thanks Mike and team.

We lost our wonderful Colton mattress in a house fire which was 16 years old and in excellent condition because it was a flipable mattress.No other matters compares. Even while traveling we complain about the inferior mattresses at “luxury resorts.”We were so delighted that their professional team was able to make the same mattress for us! These people really went out of their way to take care of us! I will NEVER buy any other mattress.

Mike and his staff changed my life - after holding onto an old mattress for far to long they custom built me a mattress so comfortable I’m getting way more deep sleep than I ever have which not only helps me to function better but also makes me a happier more rested person

Great place to get a awesome deal on the pantheon they had sale going on. They are made on site in Asheville that was the main selling point also the 12 year warranty. If you are looking for a bed check them out.

I recently purchased a mattress through Colton, in the Asheville, NC location. The representative was both highly professional and down to earth, which made the shopping experience quite pleasant. I have two major issues that I contend with: one is chronic insomnia, and the other is a latex allergy. These days all mattresses are made with latex because of the durability of this material. They worked with me to get me the best deal on a soft, comfortable, and quality mattress that catered to my specific needs, based on these unique challenges. I am impressed by this company and will refer my loved ones when they are in search of a quality product. Sleep is sacred, and a good mattress is a solid investment in one's own health.

I'd recommend anyone in the market for a new mattress start with Colton Mattress Factory. The guys here know their business inside and out. Not to mention, they build right on-site, exactly to order! They took the time to assure a comfortable nights rest in the showroom then had it ready in a weeks time. The delivery guys, in fashion with the company, were exceedingly professional & pleasant to work with. I had ordered a custom mattress for my RV. Learning upon arrival that I've given them the wrong dimensions for my mattress. They guys took it back, resized it and had it back in my hands by the end of that day. The quality & care that Colton Mattress provides is truly a 5-star experience.

I have purchased several mattresses from Colton's Mattress Factory. Some for the bed and breakfast we owned and one for my Mom. This summer found us visiting a friend. I woke up for the first time with much less back pain. It was then I realized, we needed a new mattress. My husband I and I went no where but to Colton's. We looked at several mattresses and chose Pantheon. Judging a business when every part of the transaction goes smoothly is easily is perhaps not when you learn the most about the business. When our bed arrived, we did not like it. It did not feel to us as though the bed was the bed we ordered. We contacted Mike and relayed our feelings. He asked us to give the bed a break in time. We complied. We hated the bed finding it hard and unyielding. We told this to Mike. He asked specifically what we disliked. We told him. He came, collected dastardly bed and returned with a remade bed. It is soft as a cloud and gloriously comfortable while being supportive. We both love the bed. It is now a pleasure to get up in the morning not experiencing pain. Thank you John. Your business ethics are impeccable. You have again, earned our business and we encourage others in need of a mattress to shop here. You won't be sorry. They are customer- centric and that is nearly non-existent now.

We ALL sleep alone, so only YOU know what kind of mattress will give you the best night sleep, you just need the right person to listen to you and then build the mattress for you, for me that was Ryan. I had just come from another mattress store where the salesman told me, "YOU do not know what you need to sleep on for a good nights sleep. Government studies show this is the right mattress for you." I left confused. Maybe that's why I haven't slept good all these years???? Maybe I don't know what kind of mattress I need.......... Then I walked into "Colton Mattress." First of all, they had me at "Organic Mattress." Who needs to breath chemicals all night? Then Ryan walked up and I just started babbling, "I like the size of this mattress, the softness of that mattress over there, the look of the other mattress, and by the way my legs go painfully numb every night when I sleep. I haven't slept good in years, I need help. Ryan listened to every word I said and then he asked me a few questions and then he said, "I'm going to make you the best mattress." I was excited, first because no one has ever made a mattress for me before but then I was worried, what if the mattress doesn't work??? Ryan told me, "Don't worry, if it needs a little more this or that, we will fix it and you have 30 days to test sleep it." He even asked me how high I wanted the bed, which I love because I am petite. I hate tall beds. I'm super picky and Ryan addressed every issue. I recieved the bed. It looked beautiful. I waited for the 30 days to write my review and here it is. I have tested my mattress every way I can to intentionally see if my legs hurt on this mattress. Ways I know for a fact, the leg and back pain WILL come. I over ate then went to bed, I layed on my back for an hour looking at my laptop (that alone is enough for a night of agony) Night after night, I TRIED to cause myself pain........30 days later no pain....... Ryan is a magically gifted mattress maker. I will cherish this mattress always.

Excellent! I haven’t had back pain since the first night I slept on my custom mattress. A lovely experience from beginning to end. Everyone involved in the process - from initial consultation to delivery and installation - was competent, polite and efficient. Very satisfied.

I have purchased 2 mattresses from Colton mattress. My first was 12 years ago and for my lake house. Every time I sleep on the mattress we wake feeling great. So, I just purchase my second mattress in February 2022. I absolutely LOVE this mattress. I feel great when I wake up each morning. I also purchased the adjustable bed frame . Love it!!!When shopping, the owner promised me 100% satisfaction. Also, if I have any problems with the mattress in 5-7 years, they will come pick it up and take back to the factory to rework.So, delivery date was on a Monday and the owner rearranged and added me to Friday’s schedule. One of the guys was a builder in the factory. That meant he had help deliver my mattress after working all day.My old mattress was just shot and I hurt all over. The owner said, “not another night of misery for me with the old mattress” . I will always buy my mattresses from Colton. Thank you!! Shop Local!!

Very good buying experience! Went to big box store and bought a mattress that when delivered was not what I had purchased. Reason being that it was way more soft than the store model. Had them pick it four days later and got a refund. Heard Colton advertised on WCQS so I thought that sounds like perhaps the place to get a really firm mattress as I have low back issues. I purchased a mattress that when it arrived was the same firmness as the show room model. Last night was my first night using it and today I woke without the soreness that I usually have on waking. Very satisfied with my purchase. I recommend looking at Colton before you buy.
