While traveling out of state and stopping in at the Asheville, NC location, Jeremiah went above and beyond to help me with the purchase of Zerogrand Oxfords both before and after the sale.After browsing the store and not finding my desired style, Jeremiah checked on me and offered to search the system for stock to see if he could order the shoes for me. Not only was he able to order them, he was able to do so at a substantial discount from retail pricing, take advantage additional in-store promotional pricing for an even greater discount, and ship them to my home for free.The shoes arrived to my home very promptly in perfect condition but Cole Haan has changed the sizing and fit of the newer Zerogrands with the Stitchlite layer and my usual size did not fit. I called Jeremiah and he was able to coordinate the return and reorder of the correct size for me.This whole experience demonstrated an incredible commitment to support and service that it is rare to experience these days. I will be frequenting this location for my Cole Haan purchases and cannot recommend them highly enough for their level of service to their patrons.

Nice place, good selection. If they don't have your size they can order and ship to your home quite easily.Prices were good but don't miss the real deals in the left rear of the store by the service alleyNot much service but a little. About what you would expect at an outlet store.

I have never felt so uncomfortable upon entering a store where all 3 employees stared at us up and down and did not say a single word to us. Everyone else that entered after us was greeted with a hello and welcome in. The shopping experience was so uncomfortable we left without even looking around for much.
