I HIGHLY suggest you come shop here....like right HERRREEEE. I will drive from Greenville South Carolina to THIS store. It's THAT good. The BEST paint selection for the absolute insanely moderate prices. Conpared to the big box art stores this the is creme de la creme......la de creme???. Whatever that figure of speech is... this is it. They have some of the Largest wooden panels for painting I've seen in person in an art store. Bring money. Be nice to the awesome employees. And make some art happen!

I've wanted to visit Cheap Joe's for quite a while, and finally made it! It was everything I had imagined and then some. Spacious, room to look around and shop without being crowded. Staff was available without being pushy. The prices are incredible. Do yourself a favor and just go!

Cheap Joes has practically everything a fine artist might need, the staff is friendly too. You'll find the usual suspects at Joes; quality brands of canvas, paints and a moleskins galore. However, Cheap Joes appears to be completely disinterested in supporting commercial artist & designers who blow through costly consumables, such as 3D printer filament, laser engraving materials, etc. Once again, I left CJ's empty-handed, which is sad because I can expense my large orders. They are also ignoring the growing cosplay segment. They don't even carry EVA foam, foam clay, etc. Joe, if your reading this - please consider the other creative market segments that your completely ignoring. I own a design agency in town and enjoy support local business. Sadly I'm spending thousands on Amazon and Blick. Overall, I think Cheap Joes a wonderful cultural asset. That said, they're proudly behind the times.

I just love this store! Their great selection of art supplies spans wide across the store. I'm not a Dan of the location of Joe's but I think it's totally worth the time and effort finding it and parking.

Chris was so helpful! He explained a lot about watercolors and helped me pick out some paints that would achieve the desired result. I never would have figured this out watching YouTube or buying supplies online. The prices are great and the people are wonderful. I'll definitely be back.
