There are not enough positive comments that we could make to express how fortunate we have been to have Travis Alley as our realtor. What appeared to be an easy sale was more complicated than expected with twists and turns which required time and patience to overcome. Travis stood by our side and facilitated the entire process. We would have been lost without his guidance and interventions. He stuck with us and made our closing a reality. We are extremely grateful for his help.

Correspondence was laughable, we were assessed charges for removal of items as minor as a birdhouse upon moving out, and maintenance visits were never announced beforehand. Sometimes it took several days for them to respond to simple requests. Privacy was not honored by this company and they were very disrespectful.

We worked with Kate recently to purchase our first home. Kate did a great job of understanding our styles and what we were looking for. She was thorough - making sure as first time home buyers we understood everything, answered all of our questions, and handled everything for us. Even with a difficult seller situation that made the process not run as smoothly, we always felt confident in Kate's ability to handle everything for us - and she truly did. We cannot say enough good things about her and all of the work she did to help us find the perfect home!

Worked with Alan Wray, he was amazing. Great communicator, professional, polite, driven, and always works his magic with negotiations. He goes to bat for his clients. It was an enjoyable encounter, I definitely recommend him for any real estate needs. I will be using him again in the future.

We have been listed with Hi-Alta since September 11 and we have yet to show the house. There hasn't been one agent come here to see what they are trying to sell. We haven't seen our listing agent since signing the contract. I feel like they are just waiting for another agency to sell so they can collect the 3% and get it over with. I had to be the one to contact Daniel to see if we needed to drop the price to see if we could get a little response. We did drop the price and it changed to the new price on the MLS, but Hi-Alta's website still has it listed for the original price. Just so many negative feelings here and I will not recommend this agency to anyone else who is looking to sell their home. Maybe they are better at listing than selling?

When we decided to move to the Asheville, NC area we contacted Hi Alta Real Estate and were introduced to one of their agents, Alan Wray. He hung in there with us for more than a year with showings and information on the area. His help extended to helping us find financing, inspectors, etc. Cannot say enough about the quality of help offered by this company. We will use them again in the future and highly recommend them to everyone wanting to buy or sell in the Asheville area.
