Worth the stop. Free entry. And the docent on site explained the stories and quite frankly was captivating. What an extraordinary concept.

Excellent curators at the front desk who put a human face on the exhibit. Appreciated the out of the box death experience with the art coffin and meditation.

Was wandering by the Center for Craft and saw the weaving exhibit. I came back with my family and was so happy I did... while visiting WNC I wanted to connect to the Cherokee in some way, the basket weaving exhibit a delightful way... the films about the biology and the weavers were just fantastic.

We just happened by and stopped in to see what was there. We loved the gallery space itself, it was was tremendous. The variety and complexity of the baskets were amazing. It was also extraordinarily educational and we walked away with a much better appreciation for the Cherokee nation history and heritage, and the individuals that are helping to preserve it.
