Hayley and Austin were our hosts for this afternoon. Absolutely great selection of adult libations combined with incredibly friendly outgoing conversation and premium cigar options make this one of My Most Favorite places to visit. Been here, and will Most definitely be back.. again

Heath has taken care of us twice now. I’m so grateful for everyone at the shop. They are knowledgeable about every stick and all their accessories. The humidor is well-stocked and a joy to peruse. Plan your visit earlier in the day because you’ll wind up staying for a while. They make you feel like family.

Nice experience, great location and selection..my Service Animal hare smoke but she never sneezed here. She knew it was a lounge but her sense og snell is way better than a human. Personally It's well filtration you van hear ppl with raising your voice. Has a nice well stocked bar too.

Recently visited two days in a row and found the Asheville location to be the ideal combination of nice, but not too nice; comfortable but well finished; approachable but holding standards. One of the best selections of DAVIDOFF cigars I've ever seen. Drinks ranging from Louis XIII to Mexican Coke.

Justin is the best bartender at Casablanca! He's super friendly and makes the tastiest drinks ever. Every time I visit, he remembers my favorite drink and always serves it with a smile. He's also really quick, so you never have to wait long for your order. Plus, he's great at recommending new drinks to try. If you're looking for a great time at Casablanca, definitely ask for Justin!"

Had a great night out with my girlfriend on my birthday. Very friendly service, great drinks, everything is top-notch. Thanks to all of you working who showed us a great time! I do wish they carried Kristoff (wink, wink), but overall fantastic selection.

The Cubanos in Ybor City, Florida are so warm, inviting and willing to educate me about cigars when I am there compared to this place. I was clearly just some stupid broad who walked in with her spouse, and was made to feel just so.

Justin does an amazing job making a rye whiskey old fashioned. And the amazing cigar selection is the best. If you want to enjoy a low key date, go there! And tell Sam hello if he's there.

I absolutely love this spot. I was catching up with an old friend and this place was perfect. First of all, it was pretty much packed, full of good, cool people. That's always a good sign. As soon as we walked in we were greeted and directed on what to do and who to talk to. They know what they're doin' here. Heath walked us into the humidor and helped us choose the perfect cigars for our taste and what we were drinking. He even set us up with two comfy lounge chairs (pictured). The ventilation in the place sucked the smoke into the ceiling. So I don't currently smell like a cigar (next day, no shower yet). I've never spent so little to feel like a million bucks. I can't wait to come back.

Finally got a chance to drop in today and check this place out. Had heard a lot of good things about it. I was not disappointed. Huge selection of cigars, super friendly staff, very nice bar, and comfortable sitting area. Loved it here. Will definitely return when I'm in area.
