Carolina Vacuums was very helpful in fixing my Oreck vacuum. They have several brands for sale that are excellent value and fantastic machines. They seem quite knowledgeable about the brands, their history and function. I appreciate there help with my vacuum malfunction.

We had a vacuum that my daughter gave us that worked great, but had a nasty odor. I took it to Carolina Vacuums and they were very knowledgeable about my problem and fixed the issue. In addition, they support Asheville Humane, to take care of all animals. I highly recommend.

The Staff were so nice! They Helped me immediately with an attachment malfunction at no charge and were exceedingly pleasant about it! I recommend these folks at Carolina Vacuums and More very highly. And a different appliance store that does repairs in Asheville that doesn’t do vacuums did not know about Carolina so I hope people will see this review! Warm regards to the guys at Carolina Vacuums! This is a wonderful place to find just what you need! They have a great selection of quality products and friendly staff to help. They also do repair which is very hard to find these days. Ask for Zach, he will take excellent care of you!

I had an amazing experience. I came inside for information and assistance with two vacuums. The one I did bring. It was only sucking on one side. They took the time to walk me through the importance of the filters being cleaned and aided in process of eliminating what the issue could be. In the end I was a happy customer. This business deserves a 5 star rating along with letting the future customers know that you are in good hands.

What life savers Wendy & Jeff are! We were prepping our rental home for sale, and I visited twice. First time, our 2013 Miele vacuum kept turning itself off. Wendy quickly diagnosed that the dirt collection bag was clogged by plaster dust! Plus, I had placed two air filters in reversed locations. Voila! With a new bag and filters in place, it works perfectly. Then we rented an Oreck Orbiter, which was easy to use. We saved $500+ by cleaning, buffing, and polishing our hardwood living & dining room & hallway floors vs hiring a flooring company! Great instructions on how to use the Orbiter. Used the Oreck Hardwood Cleaner, terry cloth bonnet, & lamb's wool bonnet. Floors look professionally cleaned! We'll be renting it again to clean our hardwood floors, plus we'll try it for cleaning floor tiles. Great service and help!!

I really like the Sebo Felix I bought at Carolina Vacuums & More. Wendy sold it to me at a great price. There was several things wrong with the first one I bought, but was able to take it back and get a new one, which has been problem free. The only negatives is they sometimes don't answer their phone when you call. And although I was told they would contact Sebo and give them my warranty information, the never did. No big deal I just went to Sebo's website and registered the warranty myself.
