Great customer support and technicians! We were in town mid-September and decided to upgrade our kids bikes to 27.5 which is a challenge due to their size. The staff went above and beyond helping with fit. We got to enjoy Bent Creek and even managed to smash up a derailleur which they helped to replace quickly so we could finish a great weekend on the trails!

Insane service! Came in for a tire change they did it on the spot adjusted my shifters. I was out of there in 10 minutes….. The service is unheard of around these parts

I came in for a missing screw for the clamp that holds my brake tube. The very helpful and kind mechanic didn't have one that fit so he took his time cutting one down for me and gave it to me for free! Super stoked to have a great part of the biking community here near Bent Creek!

Epic cycles is what’s up! Bryan was incredibly helpful all the way from my initial call to gather more info on if my rental requirements were possible, to a most seamless pickup and drop off. He was incredibly accommodating, answered all of my questions, and even obliged my request to drop off the bike during off hours so I could make the trip even happen.
He outlined the perfect route for my first ride of the season. He’s also funny, which is always a plus. I called other shops in the area to gather intel prior to renting, and Epic was by far the most outstanding customer service experience of all of them. The bike I rented was very well taken care of, and Bryan dialed my seat height in perfectly. Stellar experience, 12/10.

Great group of folks that work there. They are on it to get your bike tuned up as fast as they can and get you back on the trails/road. Even for a quick fixes they always there to help out.
