I just loved this facility, it is easily accessible, very clean and the staff is so friendly and helpful. The rates are very competitive but having an office open during the day was so nice. Plus they have free coffee! Thanks Andy and Darleen for making our move so stress free.

This facility has rats, and they will not do anything about them urinating and dropping feces on your belongings. My entire unit is covered in rat droppings, according to the health department this facility is on top of several sewer and septic lines. I was told that "they have no way to control the rats or keep them out of people's belongs, just like you can't keep rats out of your house". Sorry maybe they cannot keep rats out their house but I don't have a problem keeping them out of mine with food in it sitting in the middle of a field full of critters and creatures. When I first got my unit, I had to let them know they had a homeless person living in the unit across from mine, after the almost month it took to get them out, I told them there were rats in the building and they told me they would take care of it. Every time I have complained they said they would let the pest control guy know, maybe they need a new pest control company. My unit is in the first row, very last building on the left. The numbers have like 5040 through something I am not sure in it. If you have a unit there GO CHECK YOUR STUFF!!!!

We stored some furniture here between homes and have nothing but great things to say about this place. Any time we needed to stop by the front staff was fantastic! They were so kind and happy to answer any of our questions. If we ever need storage here again, this is definitely the place we will use!
