“Absolute flawless experience. I had to rent a car last minute and made a reservation after-hours on their website. I took advantage of adding in details online that would save me time at the counter. I arrived when they first opened and was literally in my car driving away in under 10 minutes. When I returned my car a day early, it was just as fast and the attendant explained I would see a reduction in my bill via email. Today I received that email to confirm. I think Enterprise just converted me as my first choice for car rentals moving forward.”
“This is an excellent rental location. The fact that stay busy I think is a testimony that they are running a good business. Despite the fact that they were super busy and low in rentals they were just pleasant and did not at all show the stress I'm sure they were feeling. The manager was intune to her staff and appeared professional and respectful towards them. This is refreshing to see! I even noticed a customer came in a bit agitated with her ride but again this manager handled it perfectly. I most certainly will rent from them for any future needs. “The people on Patton avenue are the Best.. I was going to rent from the store on 168 Smoky Park Highway, Asheville. Sarah, there which said she was the district manager would not rent from me even though I am a plus member and I have rented from enterprise numerous times she was very rude and said because I did not have a major credit card that I could not rent from them, so I went down to the store on Patton Avenue and they were very polite and rented me a car and saved my weekend which I was going down to see my new grandson which was just born. Thank you very much to the guys on Patton Avenue you guys rock you are the best , and I will continue to carry on and use that store only”
“I saw a very nice gentleman when I checked in to get the car. I was very satisfied with the car except when the notice popped up to change the oil even though I hadn’t driven very far. When I dropped off the car I was well within the 30 minute grace period. The gentleman checking in the cars was nice and said he had to take care of another car before he would get to mine and that I could leave. When I got my bill I learned that I was charged for an extra hour for being one minute over the grace period. I called Hertz and after a very long wait got to speak to a representative. I was told that I had to call Asheville directly. I could not get a live person there so I contacted Hertz online. I explained what happened. After a few days they said I’d be getting a refund for the hour. It didn’t occur to me to tell the person checking in the cars that I was in the grace period.”
“I had a great experience with Budget Truck of Asheville today. As a non-driver, I've had difficulty with other companies not wanting to rent to me even with my licensed driver friend present. Kim, the manager, made everything very simple and everything went smoothly with my move. I was on a tight deadline and thanks to her I was able to get everything done.
