Greeted with champagne soon as we checked in, rooms are extremely clean and have a great layout. Located centrally and has the most sharing rooftop restaurant/bar with a view of the mountains!Walkability: So many restaurants and bars all walking distance!

Wonderful place to stay while visiting Asheville. The staff was super welcoming and accommodating. Everyone spoke to you and created such a welcoming environment for our stay. The room was good size and clean. The entire hotel seemed to be well kept. We did not eat at the hotel so I can not comment on that, however the location is so convenient to so many places to eat. The location was fantastic too.Rooms: Nice size and clean!Walkability: The only places we did not walk to during our stay were the Biltmore Estate and the Grove Park Inn. We walked the entire downtown.

This is a Motel6 in disguise. Room was very cheap looking. That exposed brick you see in the photos is wallpaper lol! And the wood floors are vinyl. The bathroom sink was stopped up and the TV didn't didn't work. Since the heater is only six feet from the bed I woke up every ten minutes either sweating or freezing. And no one ever mentioned that the valet parking costs $17. Obviously, I will never return.

Great location and great hotel! Staff was very friendly, valet parking, clean rooms. Booked this room as a bday trip split between me & my friend, so it was a little bit of a splurge but definitely worth it!

Super friendly service and very nice front desk. Great room and clean. Nice Keurig coffee machine and nice insulation without no noice from upstairs. The location is right in the downtown Asheville so it's very convenient, near by many restaurants of different choices. One minor comment is the TV in the room doesn't provide stream capability, it only has TV channel. It would be great to have stream abilities.

This was such a lovely hotel! The front desk folks were amazing! Friendly and helpful. My room was clean, stylish and had a lovely mountain/city view. This was quite affordable for being centrally located in the downtown area. I loved that it was within walking distance to so many great restaurants, shops and concert venue - which I was there for. I will absolutely book here again on my next Asheville visit.Walkability: Centrally located and within walking distance to great restaurants, shops.

The location is phenomenal! The staff are incredible! This is a delightful hotel and a must stay if you are in the area. The whole facility is beautiful. You can tell by the way this hotel is organized that everyone takes pride in their job. I would definitely stay at the Cambria again.

Wonderfully smooth experience! We got in very late and the front desk personnel checked us in quickly. Super kind staff and beautiful, clean rooms. Great local coffee shop across the street and the hotel itself is the perfect location to walk anywhere downtown.

The 2 things I just can't get past were:1. The horrible towels. Like drying with sandpaper!!! And the small makeup washcloth...actually says makeup on it...was black. Probably to hide the makeup stains that don't come out in the wash. 2. The lighting. In the rooms, the lobby and the restaurant. Not a warm light at all. Made me feel squirmy and uncomfortable everywhere I went. Felt very cheap. So if these things don't bother you, perfectly nice hotel. Location, beds, very spacious. I personally would not stay here again.

My partner and I enjoyed our stay at the Cambria. Very nice and clean rooms, comfy bed, good coffee in the hotel room, clean and spacious bathrooms. No issues with housekeeping. Very nice staff. We paid extra for a “Mountain View” which we were satisfied with when we got to our room. However, we walked past a room on our floor that the housekeeping was working on, and since the window is right across from the front door, we saw the view and it was STUNNING. It was a view of layers of mountains. We did not have this even though we paid extra, we basically just had a close up of one mountain that was very close by and parking lots. I think pretty much any room here that’s on the higher levels has a “mountain view” so I don’t really recommend paying extra. Also, according to some reviews you get a complimentary glass of champagne but we did not get one at check in and were not offered. Anyway- we still enjoyed our stay.Rooms: Rooms were awesome but wish we got a better Mountain View.Walkability: Right in the middle of downtown, close to all the good restaurants like Red Ginger and Chai Pani. but I recommend renting a car if you want to go hiking, to Sierra Nevada, etc. We noticed that Asheville has a large population of homeless which can be sketchy at night but feels pretty safe during the day.Food & drinks: We did not have dinner at Hemingway’s but we had breakfast which was alright, really good coffee and drinks. Pretty view from the rooftop. Great restaurants and cafes close by.

My wife and I loved our stay. The room was spacious and clean. We updated to the mountain view and loved the view. The location is perfect if you're looking to take advantage of the downtown restaurants, bars, shopping, etc. The hotel parking is all valet and is retrieved through texting. The valets were very prompt and polite, making it easy to site see for the places that weren't walkable. The front desk was very friendly and helpful. It conveniently has a bar / restaurant (although we didn't love the food the one time we ordered some heavier snacks). Would highly recommend this hotel.

We had a very nice 3 night stay here. For the price this was an extremely nice hotel. It seems new, design was nice finish was good. Parking is valet and is $17 a night, they were very fast to get the car out and you can text to have it ready before you go down.Downtown Asheville was nice, we ate out 2 nights and it was fine. Quite of bit of homeless around though.

We absolutely loved our stay at Cambria! We chose a mountain view room and it did not disappoint. We're pretty active so if we can walk vs drive we will always chose to walk. The location allowed us to do just that. The Cuban restaurant is absolutely amazing, homemade Churros is a must! The entire hotel was extremely clean which is always appreciated. We're looking forward to our next stay.Walkability: Perfect location to walk to bars and restaurants

We just spent 3 nights at Cambria in Asheville. It was an incredible experience. From the moment we drove up and the valets greeted us to checking in we had stellar customer service! Then what do you say when offered a welcome glass of champagne too? Yes! Of Course!! The entire stay was wonderful from the rooftop bar at Hemingway's to the moment we left when we were offered another token of appreciation with local honey as well! So close to everything in downtown Asheville with breweries and food experiences and tons of things to do! We highly recommend staying at Cambria and will come back in a heartbeat!
