“UPDATE: I had a wonderful experience getting my wedding dress at the Asheville store. The staff were friendly and helpful. Daniela in alternations was my favorite. There were several things needing to be altered with my dress, and she was so patient meeting with me several times to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. The final product was stunning, and I felt so beautiful on my wedding!
I had to wait about 30 minutes even though I made a Bridal appointment. Sarah was not assigned to me, but she stepped right in to help and assisted me the whole time. She was kind and patient and incredibly helpful. She was knowledgeable about the dresses and accessories. She let me try on numerous accessories until I found the ones I loved. My appointment was amazing because of Sarah. And the best part was I found the perfect dress and accessories!”
