I used to have great experiences every time here. However two weeks ago I came In late to get a soda, the shelves where mislabeled as 2/$4 when they weren't. The attendant was so stoned he couldn't function the register, and was extremely rude and combative about asking the purchase to be voided if they wouldn't honor the sale. The second time (today) the attendant had their kids (never a problem imo when supervised, childcare is crazy expensive i get it.) But she was on her phone when I walked in, when her kid was dragging wet floor signs around, when I was waiting by the register for her to notice me, during checkout, and as I left. Her eyes literally never left her phone to stop texting the entire 5-8 minutes I was there. She was completely oblivious to the world around her.

So this place has a restaurant attached called Sand Hill Kitchen. We came eat there,but had to use the bathroom. Unfortunately the restaurant is beholden to whomever the manager of the gas station is at the time. Well she decided that she didn't want to clean the bathrooms, so she put a sign up saying rest room closed for cleaning. But there was nobody cleaning it. Just the sign.At any rate ,my partner needed to use the bathroom badly but wasn't allowed too. To the point we had to leave and never got to eat there.Thought it was a state law that a restaurant has have accessible restrooms for there patrons. No blame to the restaurant, they pay rent to whomever owns the BP station. Been there 3 times and sign was up every time,coincidence, I doubt it.

Everytime I try to use my Harris Teeter fuel rewards discount here there seems to be a problem. Tried yesterday at pump number 2. Put in my loyalty number, price reduced, pressed yes, then told me to see clerk. He didn't know what I talking about. Time to fix it for Good!!!

Everything was good, plenty of pumps. Had a car wash on site. Also had separate fuel islands for big trucks. Had a traffic light making it much easier to get back onto the main road. Store was neat, clean, and well stocked. Staff was friendly. Bathrooms were both closed, which besides gas was why I stopped. Otherwise all good.
