Absolutely avoid this store and owner he scammed me out of 1200 dollars which is going to court soon he does not take care of customers and is extremely dishonest avoid completely. ?????

Guy who works at this store and OWNS a 1,000 phone himself kept trying to talk me OUT of PAYING my 150. bill on my alcatel hotspot BOOST phone number that had ALREADY been activated at a different store. I just needed to PAY the monthly bill. BTW activation is just ONE button on the device that says WPS. No Pswd even needed.He REFUSED to stop talking about using my wifi hot spot on my boost phone- (I already DO THAT to watch movies. I need this SEPARATE wifi hot spot for work!!!!) and just please TAKE the monthly boost payment for the alcatel hot spot!!!!.Then he refused payment altogether because I asked him to hush!! He couldn't handle a old Woman asking him to hush. He was repeating himself over and over and over and over AFTER I said no no no no. The owner of this store needs to be aware of this unless he wants this guy chasing away his Boost customers regularly.I am also staying in Bryson City-90 miles away, so when I'm actually IN Asheville, I need to get my errands done. That didn't happen today.

There is a $3 service fee if you go in and pay with cash? All the clerk did was look at my account, take my money and then handed me a receipt.Do they not get paid by the hour? Does the employee even get a dime from it?I can understand if they had to provide some kind of tech support. I had to use gas to find the place. I had to walk in the store. Now if a company wants to keep a customer... Why do you charge just to pay the bill... So in other words... I am paying boost to pay them...?

I don't ordinarily write a review buy in this case it is merited.I stopped into this store today (had bought my phone here in May) and knew that Will would have the answers on what I had done to cause my phone to have an issue.He fixed it. He's fantastic!Thanks so much, Will!! God bless you!

The sales person was fabulous! He not only took care of my situation but was able to single handedly take care of others. I love the Boost store because their employees are the best. Boost is the best store for products! Fabulous products and service.

Good guy behind the counter. Sold me a screen protector. I wanted him to mail my bill to my address.. But... They don't know how to do that... Ah the age of technology.
