Great water pressure!!! Great under carriage wash last for the whole car going slow too! I can smell the soap inside the vehicle. Best of all it’s no touch high pressure wash so it doesn’t hurt or scratch break anything on the vehicle! I have a monthly pass for 35$ a month I get 10 ultimate washes that’s 2.5 a week. Also can add a car for 25$ extra. Good locations too

So when you buy 10 or 15 washes on a membership, you can only use them on 1 vehicle. Why? And then if you take a 2nd car in, they don't tell you that they are going to charge you another fee. They just charge your credit card.

Over priced. Undercarriage wash should be included in the basic wash. Some of us just want to rinse the salt off our vehicles where it actually matters and don't care about the extra polish/ foams / what not. The $14 wash left my car very streaky too. I'll save $10 and go to ingles which uses the same laser wash and INCLUDES the Undercarriage.

Well this WAS my favorite car wash with the absolute best cleaning of my car and close to work so I figured if I pay for a month at $35 it won't be so bad. The machine gave no indication it was working and double charged me without giving me a code for the month. Figured it didn't read so I put it in for the regular wash and that didn't work either. Checked my bank app and they charged me for a total of $88. Ok, problems exist... no worries, I'll just contact them. I contacted them immediately through the contact form on their website then emailed them as well after no response. Over a week later and still no response!! So now my bank is investigating. I would rate zero stars if I could. I won't be back!
UPDATE 12/18/2023 So I received a very nice email and apology. Apparently they are new owners and had a back log of complaints to go through and they got to me in order of when received. Very polite, very professional. Refunded my money and gave me an extra month for the long wait for the refund. New system to new owners so they had to learn how to do a refund. This is how businesses should do business and I appreciate their time and complete professionalism. Thaaank you!

Really nice touchless wash. Make sure to not confuse it with the wash just before. I actually entered that first and got disappointed. Luckily I figured it out and entered this.

I’m traveling through Asheville and wanted to clean up my 2023 Jeep Rubicon 392. Mind you it’s not that dirty…..just normal road grime. This car wash is a joke. Tires are still filthy and dirt and grime still all over my Jeep. Very disappointed. Now I’m looking for a self serve car wash to finish the job. I used the middle selection car wash……not the lowest and not the highest….my “wash” was $15 bucks.
