I first tried their pain salve after an injury to my back a few years ago, and it is amazing! Their CBG/CBD tincture is excellent too. Will currently has the best prices in the region for flower at $25/3.5g. Some shops charge up to $55/3.5g.I'm sure that staffing has been difficult for many businesses during these 'times'. Imagine how hard it is to get and keep people in their industry. Kudos for keeping on!

We were a vendor or theirs for more than a year-- and they never paid one invoice from what they owed. We've recently had to write off $620 in bad debt because of them... poor form! Local businesses should support each other better than that.

I have bought from this company many time. This last time was over 100.00 and I never got my order. Us mail said they sent it back to blue ridge because there was no address. Just the tracking number and my name. I sent 3 different emails asking for my or or my money back. That has been months ago. I never heard back from them. This is no different than a scammer or a thief. This is such a shame I have really enjoyed there product and being a massage therapist I have recommended them many times for my clients. So sad how people take advantage of others today.

I would love to give a 5 star rating since I've been a customer of theirs since 2017, but I just can't anymore.Their products and business integrity is what initially drew me in - the products are wonderful in quality, price, and performance and they always had the best customer service. I recall when they had offered products at a hefty discount for those in compromising financial places so that even they could afford their products. Now you're lucky if you can even get a damn email reply.I was a paid affiliate with them and when I tried to request my cash out for the first time, I started emailing 2 addresses (as it was instructed on the site/login for affiliates to do) September 2nd, 2021. I had to reach out to them SEVERAL times over Instagram in order to get a single reply to my emails over the course of AN ENTIRE MONTH. When I finally did get a reply, there was no "so sorry for the lack of reply" or "so sorry about the error in communication" it was just an email with a gift card attached (which expired apparently even though there was nothing in the email indicating it would). when I asked why I was getting a gift card when I had been requesting a paypal payout for A MONTH, their cold response was "Unfortunately we no longer pay out through paypal, and haven't been able to in nearly 2 years due to being in the cannabis industry." no sign off from a person with their name either lol. I thanked them for the clarification and made sure to say "It would be helpful if that was also edited on the website to prevent any further confusion for anyone else who is an affiliate cashing out for the first time." No surprise, I heard nothing back. I also found out they deactivated or deleted my affiliate code, so I can no longer give that out.As of October 27th, 2023 - I placed an order for one rollerball. Nowhere on the site did it indicate that it wasn't in stock or backordered (it is still on the website as available too). Today, 11/8/23, I had to reach out to them on Instagram AGAIN to ask for an update on my order because I haven't received any updates in almost 2 weeks. I also tried emailing twice - no reply there. I was told that the they sold out of that item and it is scheduled for production any day now and it would ship as soon as they have it in stock.Look, I don't know what happened since 2017/2018, but the utter lack of care as far as customer service is concerned from this place has been astounding and beyond disappointing.I'm hoping I won't have to hound them for this order, but this very well could be the last time I spend my money here.

I have been using their products for years with my small business and truly enjoyed working with them. I ordered $300 worth of product in August(2 months ago) for my business and and still haven't recieved it. All the while I'm still getting marketing emails from them. Like everyone else is saying online, it's impossible to reach them. I've sent emails, left voicemails......nothing. It's bizarre, and sad, and frustrating. This business is going under if it hasn't already so I suggest looking elsewhere for you CBD/THC needs.

If I can give you a zero I would. I have been a customer since 2018. Have purchased numerous items from you. The first time I had an issue was when one of my orders was incomplete. I have tried to call and email and can never get through. I let it go since I was happy with the products. This time I have had an issue with another of their products (Solventless CBD Muscle Gel). When I first purchased it, I loved it. Seemed to help my pain. Then when I purchased it again, it wasn't the same thing. I have reached out through email and phone calls. I haven't heard from anyone. When I tried to call again, their mailbox is full. Still no word. HORRIBLE customer service. They don't care obviously. Maybe they have enough clientele that they don't care about those of us who have been using them from afar. I will have to look for another business that cares.
