My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend and really enjoyed our stay! The property is so quaint, beautiful, and well-maintained. Our room was very comfortable and the bed was one of the best we've had at a hotel. Complimentary snacks and drinks was a lovely touch and breakfast in the morning was convenient. The breakfast options are limited but served our purposes as we had early mornings. The location is great and the property is just a few minutes from downtown Asheville. We highly recommend staying here and would stay here again if traveling to Asheville!

We had an excellent experience at the Blind Tiger. We switched from another hotel after sleeping poorly for 2 nights. The Blind Tiger staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and quiet and we slept great. Soft pillows, a sitting area, a dining table and beautiful bathroom. We will look for a Lark hotel in the future.

Holli, so sorry, but there are no excuses for the condition of the property. If you all knew that the weather was going to be bad and that your heaters or furnace might not be adequate, then why did you wait until xmas eve to send someone out to buy space heaters? Lights that need to be changed in rooms and inedible small buffet breakfast is not a historic event issue. Especially when we paid over $400 a night which we were not given back for that night when we were aroused from the room we booked to a room that showed the walls had been painted around fixtures and paintings haphazardly. My standards are higher at that price. I hope you can take a realistic look at the property and either have the new owners fix the place up or lower your prices. We will not be coming back. And we were not alone in our experience. Good luck.

Unfortunately we did not get to stay at this particular B&B. I made a reservation and 2 hours later I had to change it. They do have a policy of 35.00 non refundable fee. I was thinking 2 hours was a Grey area of time. Beware they are not flexible at all. I've been in touch with them. They are extremely rude and uncompromising. Their are a lot other wonderful establishments in Ashville!!

Don't go to this B and B. What used to be a delightful stay has become a third rate experience. The owners have neglected upkeep. The breakfasts are unappetizing. The hospitality is non existent. They still charge the high prices. After this stay we discovered it is for sale. That explains the lack of care and curt response when contacted about the disappointing stay.

How AAA gave this inn 4 diamonds i do not understand. If I could have got my money back I would never have checked in. This place is dirty and tired. I stayed at the cottage.

Having stayed with you quite a few years ago I was optimistic we would have another nice stay at your inn.Unfortunately, the opposite happened. We were surprised when we went to the main inn at 4:30 PM the first day only to discover that there were no "wine and hors devours" as promised. Also, we noted when we got there at 430 there was one cookie in the cookie jar.Next, when we went to breakfast two of the three days we were scheduled we were disappointed in the food and especially the inept male server who has absolutely NO skills at serving food. He rushed food at us and hovered looking to take dishes away as fast as he could. Additionally, in the early AM there was zero regular coffee Keurig's. When asked, we were told that they were not delivered...how about going out and buying some at the grocery store?Next was the filthy shower curtain in our bathroom shower. Clearly no one looks at that type of thing. My last observation was that the owners were nowhere to be found. We looked at all the awards on the wall for the inn, but also noted none are recent. It struck us that the owners are likely just relying on their past and clearly no longer paying attention to details. The other thought was that covid19 raised havoc with your revenues. Rather than cutting back as poorly as you have, I suggest you consider reinverting in the inn with hiring and training better staffing, clean the place, and actually offer to guests what you promised.Lastly, we were so disappointed that we alerted the inept server who, when I asked to speak with the innkeeper informed me he was it. Enough said there! We notified him we were leaving a day early and would not be staying the last night we had paid for as it was just no longer a good experience for us.
