Do not purchase from Best Buy, you will receive the worst customer experience of your life. I purchased a washer-dryer over a month ago and Best Buy has canceled my delivery/install appointment without warning and without rescheduling multiple times. The one time it did arrive, the washer was so damaged it could not be installed -- that was over a week ago and I STILL have not been able to connect with anyone at Best Buy who can fix this. I am trapped in an endless loop of chatbots to phone numbers that can't help and direct you to other chatbots and phone numbers that cannot help. Leaving this review in the vain hopes it can save other customers this headache.

Waited in phones for 15 minutes with my son to look at the Pixel 8 versions - three team members stood up at the center area cutting up and chatting and never asked if we needed anything or never came over. We gave the obligatory looking at them, waving for help and to no avail. It was at 2:30 on 6/24/24 and the store wasn't busy.

Didn't appreciate being followed around the store today like I'm going to steal something. If you're going to do that make it less obvious. It's kinda rude. Otherwise, employees are usually helpful.

My husband and I had gone in to look at a new laptop, and although we didn't find what we were looking for, he found a Kicker amp that he's wanted for at least 10 years. It's a $400+ amp new. This one was open box, but there wasn't an updated price on it. We left empty handed, but returned the next day. We were hoping it would be $300 or less, as that was our budget. We couldn't find an associate, and, not being very patient, and not wanting to be disappointed, he went to the car. I stayed, determined to at least find out the price. I wish I remembered the young lady who happened to be walking by from a different department, because not only did she stop and help me find the price, but helped me come in wayyyy under my budget. I proudly carried that amp out to my husband, and grined from ear to ear as I handed it to him and said, you're welcome! I wish I could have captured the look of astonishment and disbelief that he was actually OWNED his dream amp. I certainly will never forget it. Thank you Best Buy, for helping me give my husband the gift of his dreams. It's refreshing to find small store customer service in a big box store. We'll definitely be back!

If you are looking to have ANY appliance delivered from any of the Asheville locations be prepared to wait over 1 months!!!
I ordered a refrigerator three weeks ago with a delivery date of Monday. Today, the Saturday before scheduled delivery, they call to tell me they cannot deliver on Monday and I would have to wait another month to have it delivered. We have already waited over 3 weeks for delivery. Our fridge broke broke and we need a new one ASAP but “we don’t have the man power to deliver.” Come on Best Buy do better!!! Our fridge is literately sitting in the back of the warehouse. How can you not have the “man power.” No offer to discount if I pay out of my own pocket to get it delivered by someone else! Horrible customer experience!

I was traveling, had a product mishap, and had no trouble at all getting it resolved. There are some times when chains are trash, and there are some times that the consistency and connectedness are a real resource. This was one such time.
Oh, and the folks were really friendly.

As expected but the salesperson told us that the manager told him to push the IPHONE, that didn't sit well as we are Galaxy users and I don't like being pushed into the sale of another phone when that wasn't what my question was.

Poor customer service as always. Spend a dollar or thousands. The employees and managers do not care. It might as well just be a warehouse. You are on your own. They will not back their products and you're not getting any service. Buyer beware. Best Buy was acceptable 30 years ago. Do yourself a favor buy whatever you need online skip this place

Store was well organized. We were greeted when we walked in the door. Easily found the item we were looking for. An employee asked us if we needed any help and answered our questions. Quick and easy checkout. When we left another employee wished us a good day.
