I bought a bangle bracelet from Bella's which was stamped 925, however, is was only silver plated. Nicole the owner, might have assumed it was sterling silver, like she represented. So I emailed her with a the information and a picture, I received no reply. Very disappointing!

Nice shop, bad experience.
I bought a ring that I really loved Saturday 6 April in this shop. Sold as silver, but without hallmark. It had some stains that the sales assistant seemed to have removed. After a day the ring has lost color and stains the fingers, it has new stains and has lost 4 small stones (the day after the 5th also). I don't know what material it is, but something like this has never happened to me with a jewel (I mean silver or gold). Since I had to leave Asheville the same day, I told them what happened in DM of instagram and by mail, attaching the pics, asking them if they can at least tell me what it's made of. Not silver, for sure. 9 days later still no response. The ring continues to be stained and lose color.

Bella's captured our attention because of the adorable puppy in the window!! And we are so thankful that we went in! My fiancé discovered a vintage 1930s opal ring in the "Estate Case." This ring was her dream engagement ring and we truly could not believe the price it was selling for!!! The lovely sales associate even worked with us to get the price down, so we could take the ring home with us! We had such a wonderful experience here, and recommend taking a look at all their unique vintage pieces!!
