Beautiful clothing, but was not even greeted by staff. She started fawning over another lady that apparently was a regular. Did I have money to purchase there? Yes! Even though I was dressed in jeans & tennis shoes. We were on vacation. Huge mistake on their side! Fire the staff that can’t be friendly to everyone!!

Bellagio is an upscale women’s clothing shop on Biltmore Plaza in the Biltmore Village area of Asheville, North Carolina. If you want quality and stylish clothing and accessories, then you can probably find it here.I went inside this large shop that was at one time a bank building with a walk-in vault. The entire building was later bought by my grandfather, and the former bank became his jewelry business. I was curious to see the vault, but a sales woman informed me the walk-in vault had been removed at some point during renovations. At any rate, I’m glad the building still exists.

Teresa is absolutely charming and could not have been more helpful. The clothing and jewelry here is artist created and totally unique. Best of all it is surprisingly affordable. I would definitely recommend a stop here.

Beautiful, upscale merchandise. Great selection of clothing, jewelry, handbags.

Lovely items, hit and miss sales staff (friendly if you look like you have money), and their three day return policy makes it nearly impossible to purchase gifts there. Overall a frustrating experience.

Walked into the store mid-day with my MOther in law on March 1, 2022. We were the ONLY customers in the store. ONLY. Greeted warmly by masked gal. Then another gal came out a few minutes later and told us we MUST wear masks. I stated the CDC AND state had lifted mask mandates, we have also both been vaccinated and had COvid. They Insisted because, “we are a privately owned store.” Seriously?? Then it seems you have even more freedom to make decisions. We left, purchasing nothing. Please don’t go to this cuatomer-unfriendly establishment.

As Teresa said when she welcomed us into the store, they sell wearable art. The clothing is all for women, nothing for men. I saw a myriad of textures, colors, styles. In my opinion the uniqueness of the items and the wide array of colors was refreshing. The staff of two were very friendly.

Ann was very pleasant and we enjoyed speaking with her. Also beautiful turquoise jewelry and one-of-a-kind clothing creations!

Have shopped here and also brought my out of town guests here. The staff is rude. I won't be told to wear a mask without a mandate for one. This is just part of it.

Very rude sales people, could care less if you were there or not.

A most unpleasant experience. I have shopped here before some years ago. It use to have nice people working here. They do have beautiful somewhat unique clothing and accessories. It is certainly not worth the experience. I saw how they treated a woman on her own in the shop. They fawned over me incessantly and were rather condescending and openly patronizing to her. I won’t go back.

This place has the SNOOTIEST, fake, disgusting money hungry employees I've ever met. If I could give minus 10 stars I would. I will never step foot in this place again. I literally cannot express my outrage at this store. Don't support evil humans like this.
