This store is awesome!!! The sales are always fantastic; the app helps with that quite a bit. They are amazing Handling my many returns; I really enjoy shopping online & Keeping the items that work for me. I do wish that there was a way to have the name of who helped you on the receipt. So I make a point to ask. ? The staff is exceptional. Pamela C. Helped me so much & was so kind. I can’t even put it into words. She went above & beyond for me in jewelry & checked me out in a handbags five minutes till closing. Truly wonderful. Arezou was also lovely ✨ I wish I had thought to ask the name of the girl Who processed my return at the shoe dept & ordered it in another size for me. Basically shop here. There are so many things to choose from and if they don’t have it, they have it on the app. I hope you guys treat your associates well because they treat us well. Thank you so much for all your hard work and for keeping a beautiful and well stocked store.

I'm a local and always enjoy driving down our mountain to shop at Belk. Hats off and 5 stars to Karen in fragrances...she was gracious, personable, a great listener and I was able to find exactly what I was looking for...Belk has great quality and an exceptional employee.

I infrequently visit the store, usually when I need something like a dress. Most of the time I do not have luck finding what I'm looking for.
It is very hard to shop at most Belk stores since the clothing is organized by brand. You have to go through numerous sections looking for your size. It can be very time consuming.
This location did not have many items in my size. You can order the stuff online but you end up having to go to the store to pick it up if you don't want to pay shipping.
The employees are always friendly.
The dressing room doors are a bit janky.
I only recommend going here as a last resort.

Lots of stuff on sake. Look for the red tags on the sale racks. Sales clerk was excellent. Great experience overall.

I want to thank the Mac cosmetic department for saving my wedding day and making me feel like the most beautiful bride ever when the person who was supposed to do my make up canceled on me two days before my wedding. Margarita Was so sweet understanding, caring and made me so beautiful. I am forever grateful for the Mac cosmetic department at Belks.
