If you crave employee attitude and enjoy belittlement, this is the branch for you. Apparently BofA doesn't care about its consistently low rating for customer service. Then again, I'm betting my 1-star review has triggered an immediate 5-star follow up review from another "customer". Nice camouflage, Patton Ave BofA.

Terrible merchant services. They force you to go into the bank then schedule a later appointment. They cancelled my merchant services account when I tried to use the card reader, they gave no instructions to use, didn't tell me what app to download, and they didn't refund me, they didn't allow me to cancel my Bank of America business account without a lengthy process of phone tag then another full day of waiting around at the bank for them to call multiple people in the merchant services department.. Bank of America only functions to take your money, their investment options are a complete dystopian joke!

This branch is consistently understaffed. They actually got rid of a few teller windows and closed a nearby branch which will increase traffic to this already understaffed location. Being a business customer who has to make deposits in person, this location is terrible and wastes my time. Does anyone at BoA care about customer satisfaction? I assume based on how they treat us in branch that they must have contempt for us as customers.

This BOA facility has the most rude, unprofessional, and uncaring employees and managers of any bank I have ever dealt with in my lifetime of 68 years. I went there to resolve an issue with double charging overdraft fees which I was willing to pay one over to see but not to and it actually and three for the same overdraft occurrence in one 3am theft on my account. I was unpolitely told that I would have to go out to my car in the parking lot and resolve the issue via the BOA app, and calling the BOA corporate headquarters number, because the people at this bank location just don’t care. In January, not that they care, I will be leaving BOA for PNC because of the insidious treatment I received at this location. I’ve been a member of BOA with multiple accounts funneling over six figures a year through BOA. However this incident has shown that being a valued customer does not have meaning with Bank Of America. I look forward to terminating my business with BOA in January upon our return from Christmas vacation in West Palm Beach FL. Not that BOA cares about losing my business but switching to PNC will be a small satisfaction to me, payback is a b**ch BOA, you earned it! Mark H Garver As of 1/1/21 an EX customer of BOA

Terrible branch. Horrible customer service. Very unfriendly and not helpful. They refused to help because we did not have an appointment even though no one was waiting and there were two free bankers avaliable and three tellers. They did not even offer to wait to see if the appointment did not show up. Went to another branch and got immediate and friendly service. Alan Markus the manager should not be working there.

Pretty much the best Staff that exists. Always friendly but more importantly- efficient at helping you achieve your financial objectives. I was able to increase my poor credit with their secure credit card; making my way up to a normal credit card; then Rafael helped me multiple times with getting a great auto loan for my car! ( twice!) what lovely staff, always mind and helpful despite busy peirods.

Best bank in town! They always treat me like I am their only customer. They even open the door for me! You can't beat this bank at all.

Slowest bank ever. Closed the drive thru and earned down to one.. sometimes two tellers. Expect to wait 30+ min on any given day for any service. I'll be leaving this company as soon as I find a local substitute

I live by this one, but I try to avoid it and go to the one on Merrimon Ave. When I lost my card, they sent me the WRONG CARD and LINKED IT TO THE WRONG ACCOUNT!
