Stove & Washer decided to die. Online ordering was easy. Customer Service called to verify online order, and arrange delivery. Delivery guys were right on time. Time Frame was 10 - 2. Shortly after 10 Stove was being delivered.

Recently my sister and I visited Badcock in Asheville. She needed two recliners, Del greeted us and showed us several recliners. He was very professional. My sister found one she liked so we told him we would think about it and call him back. He assured us there would be no problem paying for them over the phone. A couple of days later I called back and spoke to an associate of Del's and paid for the recliners. They were delivered a few days afterwards. The recliners are swivel and they are tipping over making my sister and brother in law fall. They are very dangerous! Three days later I called the Asheville store and spoke to Sterling because Del was off. I told her we needed to return the recliners. Right away she started being rude. She was arguing, and screaming so loudly that I couldn't even hold the phone to my ear. When I told her she was being rude to me she said LADY YOU HAVEN'T SEEN ANYTHING YET! I couldn't believe someone who was supposed be a professional was speaking to me in this manner. She said she would have to call and find out about the restocking fee because it changed all the time and she didn't know if I could return the chairs or not. I explained I had already researched this on line. THIS IS A COMPANY POLICY, AND STERLING SHOULD HAVE KNOWN THIS! I found Sterling to be very incompetent and childish. Later on that day she called to tell me we could return the recliners, and the stocking fee would be 25%. At this time she apologized but it was too late the damage had already been done. Over the years my family and I have bought thousands of dollars of furniture from the Badcock in Waynesville but because of how Sterling treated me we will never again buy anything from Badcock!!

Worst place to buy couches. The reclining couch broke within the first month, after promising to come back to fix it after the parts came in no one ever called back or came back. The other side now has the same issue. And the love seat is now getting the same way and the couches are barley over a year old. I would never recommend badcock to anyone.

I should had looked at all the reviews they have lots of complaints. Bought a massage and heat recliner they have a 1 day return policy that starts when you purchase the item Well it took a week and a half to get here. I picked it up and had it 8 days it leans forward squeaks makes rattling sound massage is so loud you can't hear TV tried to take it back. I didn't realized they were seconds or discount furniture store it was basically as is Especially for the price. They wouldn't take it back but I had the protection plan they can fix it they said there is nothing wrong with it a week later. So I will never buy from them again. Called corporate and no there is nothing they will do I have done all I can do I have a junkie chair that I spent 900.00 for.
