About a month ago I went into the store and received the best customer service. Nick and Kenyan went above and beyond to help me. Both men were super friendly and assisted me with replacing a burnt out light bulb. I can not stress enough how valued I felt as a woman and a customer. If there is ever a need for a promotion, Nick and Kenyan are both great choices.

Came in to get my battery and alternator tested. I was helped by Nick. He was a huge help and was able to replace my battery for me.

First time here and both guys looked like they've been sleeping, the one woke up to assist us. I got what I came in for and as he is ringing us up the other guy is nodding off... smh very unprofessional.

The staff at this location were super friendly and very very helpful. I had a bad car battery and l accidentally ordered the wrong one online. They made sure that I got the right one and installed it for free in only a few minutes... The tech even told me about the battery warranty. It just made my day! Thank you so much!

My elderly Mom had a small issue with her truck. She walked in, ask for help, the issue was fixed with mins!! Can't beat that! Great customer service!!! Thanks guys!!

I went to the store for a pickup of an online order, and they had to order ready and waiting for me. However, it was raining that day, and their parking lot was full of customers with their vehicles where they needed to either replace windshield wipers or batteries. It was a little bit of a circus there because there were tons of customers having their windshield wipers, and batteries replaced.You would think that the customers would be a little more intelligent and thinking about replacing their windshield wipers before they failed and especially on a day when it was raining.
