I really want to like this place for the convenience but it’s not consistent with the quality of service. I’ve went twice and was extremely impressed but every other time the workers forgot to tend to something that should have been done.

I paid 48$ for a wash. I had to go back because a side window was still covered in tiny hand prints. Then I went back again before I backed out because I couldn’t see out the windshield, it was so streaked. As I came to the Passenger side after leaving, I can see that the tire shine is only on certain spots. It looks terrible. It was plenty of help. I’m still looking at dirty windows inside.

AVOID!!! They make you TIP upfront before you see what a trash job they do! Debris still in the car as if it were never vacuumed. Waste of money, do not take your car here! THE WORST!

I would give Autobell a negative 10 if I could. I mentioned at check-in to please help me with cleaning up the dried vomit from a foster puppy and absolutely no attention was given to the area. My backseats weren't even wiped down. I paid for exterior AND interior service and left a 20% tip in hopes it would be taken care of. I have been to this location multiple times and have NEVER been satisfied, but this takes the cake. If you care at all about your vehicle, DO NOT TAKE IT TO AUTOBELL ON PATTON.

The Patton Avenue location did an excellent job cleaning the car, especially the interior.

I have went to thus location and another location and still the same results. I paid $40 to have my vehicle cleaned and when it was ready there was still stuff in my seats and on the floorboard l. Inside of my windows wasn't cleaned l. Very poor work. So from my experience I will not return and I suggest that you do not give this place your money for poor work.

Went by today when it was very busy and they were clearly short staffed. They were dealing with a bunch of impatient people and they could have packed it in and cut corners. They not only dealt with the impatient people, they absolutely crushed the job.

The wash destroyed the clear coat on my truck after one visit. The guys were friendly, but barley touched the interior of the car. Not usually the type to leave a bad review, but sincerely disappointed after my first experience.

Nice, quick service. My trunk had been forgotten, but when I came back, Calissa helped me & vacuumed my trunk for me. They even had me come over to approve of how they did!
