I had had a complete detail on my Yukon. They were able to get me in quickly, completed the task quickly, almost too quickly, and the vehicle really looked outstanding. It took 3 days of running fans inside to dry the carpet, which seemed overly wet upon completion of the job. While washing the car less than a week later, I quickly found the roof had not been waxed, as no water beaded like elsewhere. I called, they worked me in very promptly, waxed the roof. I thanked the owner and his assistant for working me in, mentioned again that someone forgot to wax the roof, and receved no apology of any kind. It really dissapointed me. I will probably not return there. Seems like volume is more important than customer service.Service: Auto detailing

I never do reviews on here but after the incredible service that I got today, I felt the need to do so. I stopped for gas today on the opposite end of town from where I normally do. As I was pumping gas I noticed Dr Detail I thought to myself my car could use at cleaning. Being the skeptical person that I am I was not expecting level of quality and professionalism I received from this establishment. Not only was the customer service out of this world, but the quality of of the work was absolutely over the top! My car has never look this clean since the day that I bought my car off of the lot. Like having a brand new car all over again wonderful experience I had with this place and the owner Calvin was exceptionally professional courteous handsome and incredibly funny. I highly suggest anyone who is reading this absolutely go and experience this for yourself, trust me you will thank me later!

I asked for a full cleaning service whatever they offered the best. They took me in immediately. When I was picking up the car it didn't start. They had to jump start it. They didn't clean the glove compartment, spare tire compartment, pockets and other places that you need to open to clean. Also they didn't seem to pressure wash it. All the mud was still around the body next to the tires and lower sections of the doors. Interior was clean but there were marks of cleaning material and stains almost everywhere. And they didnt clean the screen at all.I showed them a few of these and finally grabbed a towel and started cleaning and drying because there were still water inside and out. They said I make them look bad in front of their customers and go do it somewhere else. After I left I found more parts they missed. I had to clean the car for about half an hour after I got a full cleaning service from them. The worst experience ever!

Just wanted to leave this review - talked to Calvin and set up an on-site detailing at my home. 1:30 was scheduled. I called him at 1:35 to be sure he wasn't lost or anything like that. Well, he was still at his place of business and said he was about to call me. Wanted to come at 2:30 instead. I said I'd re-schedule, but don't think so! I've got things to do as well. Wasted my time waiting for someone who wasn't even on their way. Very disappointing and certainly not a professional way to run a business.

***READ THIS****2 weeks ago I went to Calvin Reid of Dr. detail on 1578 Hendersonville Rd to get my car detailed. I’ve had my car for 4 years and never have had one problem with my radio.Well, literally on my way home I go to turn on music. My radio is completely dead. Besides wanting it for music, I’m a community based mental health worker and am literally in my car all day long. I use the Bluetooth on my radio for work calls, so I can remain hands free with my calling while driving.Upon realizing my radio was broken (and seeing & taking pictures of the obvious signs of water damage that was done to my car during the detail cleaning process) I immediately called Calvin. He was very apologetic and stated he would replace it right away. I took it to my dealership- $1100 WORTH OF DAMAGE! I even felt bad for this small business owner, and researched cheaper radios online so he wouldn’t have to pay the high dealership prices.He agreed to Venmo me for the cost of the radio and installation. Every day. For the past two weeks. Multiple times a day. I would contact him a few times a day and he would make excuses, saying “I’m about to do it! I promise! I am SO sorry!” Well, he never did it. He’s now ignoring my calls and blocked me. Most recently, when I tried to contact him from my work number, he is just flat out refusing to right his wrong.I have his word in writing that he will fix my radio and do whatever it takes to “make his customers happy”. I also have an invoice from my dealership stating the cost of a new radio. I’m filing a claim in small claims court on Monday, along with making a report to better business bureau. It’s so disheartening that corrupt business owners like this exist. And I don’t have an extra $1100 to fix someone else’s mistake on my property. So frustrating!Service: Auto detailing

Absolutely terrible, caused interior damage to my cloth seats. I have no idea how my car ended up in worse shape than when I brought it in, but somehow Calvin read made that happen. The guy was so rude throughout the whole process, and basically yelled at me. I’m shocked that better business bureau hasn’t shut them down yet.
