Not super happy at the moment...they never answer the phone at the store locations. It would save everyone a lot of time and aggravation if they'd just answer their phone for simple questions. It only takes a minute. Then, if they say you need to come in to solve your problem, great! So Easy!!

Tiffany at this store is a positive fountain of helpful information. I wasn't able to complete everything I wanted to today but I am well on my way now! Extremely knowledgeable and lovely human. And apparently the art&t network is way more cool than I understood. :)
