Being a first time home buyer, I was not very familiar with everything that went into this process. I am extremely happy I was able to work with Lane, as she was a huge help throughout my journey. From house hunting through closing she was there every step of the way to make sure nothing was missed. Very knowledgeable and detail oriented, I could not recommend her services enough to anyone looking to buy a home in WNC.

If I could leave Taylor King a 10 star review I would. Taylor was phenomenal to work. She always had our best interest in her heart. She was very accommodating and very flexible. Couldn't have been more pleased with Katie. She is very knowledgeable personable and super responsive. She was patient with us as we live in Florida and were conducting our search from 6 hours away. She quickly guided us with our questions and helped us weed out properties that did NOT meet our desires. We contacted other realtors and they were definitely not representing our best interests but the sellers. Katie was fair and honest. I have even shared her card with someone I met in the nail salon here in Florida. I have the utmost respect for her and how she handles business. If she says she is going to do something she does it. Integrity at its finest.

This was my first experience with buying a home out of state, and it was a little daunting to me to say the least. My realtor, Katie, was so knowledgeable and understanding. She helped me to understand not only the different areas of town and variety of properties but the purchasing process in NC as well. She even did some video tours for me when I was unable to get into town. Her help was invaluable and it was always with a smile and a positive attitude!

Wow I cannot express my gratitude enough for Katie and her team! I simply could not have gone through this process without her patience, wisdom, and encouragement. As a first time home buyer (and generally disorganized person when it comes to paperwork) I felt included and taken care of, and never judged for my MANY questions and setbacks. I can't imagine ANYONE going to any realtors other then Steven Owens and his friendly, professional staff. I have known these professionals since they sold my home in 2017 when I was moving from Asheville. When the Pandemic came in 2020, I called the professional, Steven Owens, the buyer and sellers friend, from Fayetteville, NC and told him of my plans to return home to Asheville. I told him that I would like to return
no later than May 2021. Well, her it is January 2021, I am in Asheville in my new home. Steven was immediately on board. He arranged for one of his associates to market my home in Fayetteville, put me in touch with a lender in Asheville and within 90 days of my contacting Mr. Owens, the home I was living in was sold, I was back in Asheville and had found, purchased and was living in my new Townhouse. Who could ask for anything more? Thank you Steven Owens and your Keller Williams Dream Team. You certainly made my dreams come true!!!!!
