We have had our taxes done here for 5 years and today's experience was less than ideal. Our tax professional made several mistakes. Kirt the CPA in the office made our experience better by listening to our concerns and correcting the initial mistakes made. We had several communication issues with our initial tax preparer. We appreciate the time Kirt spent with us to assure the mistakes were corrected and our return is correct. Lesson learned... ask for Kirt. We wasted 2 hours with someone who seemed less familiar with tax laws.
