After having several horrible experiences with CVS I felt like a number where I would have to talk with several different people to get anything resolved. Paul treated me like a person, looked me in the eye and gave me the feeling like I was a patient. I cant describe how good that made me feel, to be listened to. The prices are amazing compared to big pharmacies. No more big chains for me lets support local business.

Astoundingly fantastic pharmacy!!! I used a corporate pharmacy for years because of the extended hours. Recently, a medication that my family needs out of stock. The pharmacist called to let me know but could provide no support on next steps. I called tons of pharmacies, all of which said they couldn’t help me. Asheville Mountain Pharmacy answered on the first try. The medication was out of stock, but the pharmacists had me hold while he contacted his distributor and made a plan to fill the prescription. This was the only pharmacy that remotely offered this level of service (and I wasn’t even an active customer!) Since then, everything has been filled on time and whenever we’ve hit a problem, Paul has offered a solution. I only regret I didn’t use this spot since the first day they opened. Move all your prescriptions here. You won’t regret it!

Even from the first interaction, I knew that Asheville Mountain Pharmacy was going to be the best pharmacy experience I have ever had. Paul, the owner, was kind, quick, humble, and accepting. I am trans and was tired of Corporate pharmacies being unable to fill my HRT scripts on time, and Asheville Mountain Pharmacy seemed like a much better experience. The reviews are correct, this is a 5 star experience, and worth moving your prescriptions too. Thank you Paul!

I love Asheville Mountain Pharmacy I just call Paul and it's done. I'm not just a number he knows my name when I walk in and he explains the prescription to me. Even if I'm sick he brings it to me. How great is that?

One of the best pharmacies probably on earth. The staff are very quick and so professional. They truly make you feel very welcomed and like you've been a customer for years from day 1. I'll gladly drive an hour and a half out of my way to go to this pharmacy over any pharmacies in the Kingsport Tennessee area. The owner of this pharmacy truly knows how to treat people and I promise you his business will be booming well it already is booming but it will continue to boom for many years to come if he keeps this same practice in place. Never change Asheville Mountain Pharmacy you're truly one of a kind. Thank you so much for all that you do for each and every one of us on a day-to-day basis.

I try to conduct all of my business with locally owned shops, but for some reason I have just always gotten my prescriptions from CVS or Walgreens. After finally having reached my limit with the big names, I decided to reach out to Asheville Mountain Pharmacy. Paul was prompt with his response and extremely kind. Not only is he way more efficient than any corporate pharmacy, but there is an added personal touch as well. I really can’t believe I didn’t make the switch sooner.
