Nice place. I've been there many times and I put up a review before and the place is still great and has lots of nice things and the stores clean and the people are nice. Just a little bit more expensive than average.

You call it Asheville Market which apparently is the name of the plaza where Whole Foods is. I reviewed Whole foods & that is the only place in the Plaza that we visited.

Whole Foods has a great bakery and pre-made food such as sushi, pizza etc. i usually go there for birthday or special occasions items and they always deliver. They also have generally items hard to find elsewhere.

The food bar used to be quite good and it used to offer paleo meal options--that is true no longer. It's a NO WAY for me now. The offerings are few. The brussel sprouts and broccoli were inedible as they were barely cooked and hard. The used to offer wonderful brisket but no longer. The staff--completely indifferent. I went to customer service and they didn't even write down my concerns or offer than they would work on it. How hard is it to properly cook vegetables? While I was in the store, I picked up a few groceries that were supposed to be on sale but for the second time, they rang up at full price. So, watch your receipt!

I found that items at this market are much more expensive than others in the area. But, the energy is nice and clean. It's close to home.

I shopped at Whole Foods while charging my Tesla. How convenient. It’s a really cute plaza.

Sadly, you can no longer pay cash at the self check out or receive cash back.
This was my go place each morning for a quick coffee / breakfast, but I’m not going to stand in a long cashier line to pay cash, which is my preference

Great location. I enjoyed shopping here. They had cornhole out front, outdoor patio, espresso coffee made by a friendly barista. The store parking lot is decent to navigate. Self check-out was efficient. I kinda liked this store more than Merrimon Ave, not sure why!

I noticed a new Tesla Supercharger station in the South West corner of the parking lot on my 9 June 2023 visit.

Dogs don't belong at the hot bar.I work fairly close by and stop there for lunch pretty regularly, but it's just become too much with dogs in the store. At the hot bar someone will (thank god) have a dog on a leash, stretched the entire length of the bar so no one else can get to the food until the 1 person with a dog is finished. Once I was there and a dog put its front paws on the bar and the owner just giggled and shooed it away, but come on. And recently, which was it for me, a woman hand-fed her dog some small piece of something from her plate and then used that same hand to pick up a large serving spoon. Dear Whole Foods, many people are morons and when they get dogs and bring them everywhere, it's a problem for us normies who are just trying to spend our money and grab some lunch. Dogs do not belong EVERYWHERE. Give us all a break.
