TOP NOTCH DEALERSHIP!! Was 5 hours away from home experienced issues with my vehicle not charging. Pulled into the dealership Jon Williamson in service got my vehicle looked at and knew the issue within an hour. Part had to be ordered would be here at 9am next day. Was offered shuttle to take me to my hotel. Gave me update next day at 8:50am that vehicle will be done and fully charged by 12pm. Now on the road! I will most definitely return to buy a vehicle from this dealership when I am ready worth the drive!!

Similar to other negative reviews. A truly incompetent service department. Plenty of other dealerships to choose from…go elsewhere.
1 month total down time for 3 different appointments to replace rear main seal on 2015 GMC.
1 full day to program a key. 2020 GMC.
Repeated calls to reimburse loaner charge.
Expensive….poor communication….unskilled…run down.
AVOID. Go to another GM dealer!

Unbelievable service. We had trouble with our truck traveling through Asheville on the 3rd of July. They got us in at 1pm and we were fixed and on the road by 4pm. Just can’t say enough about the whole service team.

I'd give a higher rating because I felt J. Ryan was very interested in selling me a Silverado. He found the truck that clicked all the boxes. That fell apart when I talked with Bobby. Not only was the value of my trade in low balled, in my opinion, but there was no negotiating. Same with the purchasing, no negotiating. Saying I have excellent credit but offering high APR didn't ring true to me. I'll go elsewhere.
