I have a 2023 Chevy Express van that is leaking from the windshield. John at service first asked where we purchased the van. We did not purchase the vans here, as they couldn't/wouldn't sell any new vans to us in 2023, so we got them elsewhere. John then proceeded to tell us that they did not "have a glass operation" at their dealership, and they were unable to help us get warranty service on a faulty product on a Chevrolet vehicle. I would advise going anywhere other than here. Another dealer in town was happy to inspect the van, and if needed pay for and coordinate a replacement windshield under warranty with a third party glass company.

Sent my car to have the alternator repaired on 4/1. JUST the alternator. Go to pick it up on 4/7 and the check engine light comes on. The tech asks if the car runs hot or ever has, I reply no. They then tell me “your cooling fan needs to be replaced and the code slipped through our computer” another $1200. Car wasn’t running hot or ever overheated til I go to crank it up. Aren’t all codes and stuff supposed to be checked before even being released to the owner?

10/10 would recommend for mechanical issues. We were leaving to head back home (300+ miles away) when we noticed our car was pouring oil. Our insurance company called us a tow driver (Red from Asheville Wrecking also 10/10!) and dropped us here. It was Memorial Day so we were sure they wouldn't get around to even being able to look at it that day. But they did and they even got it fixed and us back on the road that evening! Also it being a holiday, getting an Uber was impossible so they sent their shuttle driver to pick us and he was such a nice man too! Especially since we were his last pickup of the day and he chose to stay later to do it. Judy was amazing and we're so thankful to her and the whole staff! Mechanic work is never cheap but considering it was a holiday and they got it out within 4 or 5 hours, I'd say it was exceptionally priced!

BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE! I recently purchased my 2021 Chevy Trailblazer RS at Asheville Chevorlet and each member of the team whom assisted us was wonderful! From the first inquiry phone call to driving it off the lot the process was enjoyable, quick, and painless!! I had driven over 300 miles to other dealerships in search of my dream car but no one could beat the price and service of the Asheville staff! Not only did they make sure that I got the exact car I had been searching for but they surprised me by having it looking extra sharp, sitting on the showroom floor, waiting with a big bow when I arrived! I can't thank the Asheville Chevy staff enough for all their help and kindness!!!!

Never again buying a GM vehicle can’t wait to get my truck fixed so I can trade it in for a tundra. 43k miles and it’s already has the check engine light with a repair cost over 1,000 dollars.
