Our AC went out in the early morning hours. It was very hot and we were worried with it being in the middle of the night and a weekend that we would be without. I was very surprised and grateful that Paul came out within 20 mins and had it fixed within an hour. Thank you Paul. We appreciate you and all you do for Ascot.
Loved the floor plans. Did a tour and we were sold instantly. Filled out our application that night.
We chose this complex for many reasons. Great location. Awesome amenities. The staff is amazing.

I have lived at Ascot Point for 5 months. From the moment I walked into the office, Erin and Aimee received me with enthusiasm and laughter despite my disability. Erin and Aimee helped me fill out my paperwork and made adaptions where I didn't have to use the portal. Aimee and Erin are always helpful to me!! Paul and Tom are excellent maintenance guys, they are always cheerful and helpful with getting little chores done. Last but not least Brett and Jonathan make up the fantastic team! I'm going to live here until I get evicted or die lol!

The staff at Ascot Point are amazing people. The leasing staff are always delightful and friendly. The property manager and assistant manager respond quickly to emails and return phone calls. Each staff member shows patience and grace by offering solutions to problems when they arise. I appreciate the staff courtesy and professionalism they've shown me at all times. The maintenance staff are fast and professional and always clean up well when a job is completed.

We recently had a couple of issues in the apartment we are currently living in and Paul was quick to get them fixed and situated for us! We appreciate the speed and accuracy of maintenance requests especially with how many apartments there are! Always a good experience and quick reaction time when requests or complaints are put in! The Ascot apartment team is phenomenal!

We have been living here for over 7 years now and am glad to continue to call this place home. Everyone is approachable and responsive from Jonathan, to the property management staff to maintenance. They are helpful and just good people. They keep the property well maintained and are quick to resolve anything that may arise. Its a great environment to live in and I am glad to be able to continue to call it home.

Living at ascot point circle for 2 years now and
I had a fantastic experience with the property manager (Jonathan)and staff. They were incredibly attentive and responsive to all my needs. The property manager, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure that everything was taken care of promptly and efficiently. The staff members were friendly, helpful, and always greeted me with a smile. It's clear that they take pride in their work and genuinely care about their residents. I highly recommend this apartment complex for the great service and living.

Our air conditioning went out last week and was fixed within 2 days. We appreciate how quickly maintenance was sent out! Paul was very helpful and gave us some tips on how to avoid having the same issue in the future
