Shopped the Asheville Outlets location on 6/13/24. Was pleasantly surprised at the comfortability and attentiveness of one person in particular, Megan. She introduced herself and got my name. I noticed she was wearing a top off the rack which caught my attn. She knew her product and recommended sizes based on how she knew they would fit which was accurate when I went to try on. She checked in on me using my name. She was attentive throughout the trying on process checking in at the right times. Products are sized differently, everything I bought required going down a size. Thank you so much to Megan at this location!

Julia(or julie) was very kind and helpful and easy to talk to. I found a beautiful suit and pant set for under $100. This is why I will always come back to Ann Taylor for proffesional clothing. Very impressed with the service and products always.

Megan went above and beyond just to help me find one pair of pants! She was kind, helpful, informative and made my shopping experience even better. She clearly enjoyed her job and welcomed everyone with a smile. The store itself was very organized and extremely clean. 5 stars :)

This is my go to for most clothes. They have a great selection and I can always find cute outfits. My only wish is that there was an option for tall sized pants as most are just a little too short for me. Otherwise I this is my favorite spot for clothes shopping!

I won't be back. I have shopped Ann Taylor for years. When I walk in I am always asked if I need help. This time no. If I go to the dressing room, the salesperson gets my name and asks if I need another size. Nope that didn't happen either. But I heard a salesperson doing that for another customer. Hmmm. What was that about?? When I went up to the counter to make my purchase, I waited until the salesperson was finished with whatever she was writing and then I was checked out. It wasn't friendly. I have been treated better at Walmart. I won't be back to this location.

I’m not a person who’s easily impressed, and I seldom if ever write reviews. But I was so impressed by this store I had to. This store is emaculate!!! The most organized and tidy retail store I’ve ever been into, especially at an outlet. Customer service was really attentive too but not annoying, which is what I like. I don’t want to be followed around and watched, but I want someone there when I suddenly need something. This crew “understood the assignment” and are earning every cent of their paychecks. Kudos!!
