I hate to give this place a bad review because they were very kind to me. However, I had a whole experience with them the past two weeks that put a sour taste in my mouth. I went there to get to used tires, no problem. They charged me $100 for two used ones, which seemed pretty reasonable (before I knew what other reputable shops in town charge.) A week later, one of the tires is flat. I go back there and they say there’s a nail in it, so they plug the hole and I once again leave. Not even 12 hours later I was left on the side of the highway with the same tire flat. I go back the next day, and they blamed me for having stripped lug nuts (they were the only ones who had used a drill on that tire in the span of a year and the lug nuts were not stripped before me going there.) They charged me an extra $40 to get the stripped lug nut off which was frustrating because I was not prepared to basically pay for ANOTHER tire to replace the bad one they’d given me. Overall I appreciated them being so fast with service, but being charged $40 for a 10 minute repair was beyond me.

Sent my daughter to get two used tires for her car. She text me to tell that it was going to be $125…. I thought that was too much for two used tires and despite knowing that it was far too much, I told her to get the tires because she was leaving to drive to Charlotte that day. I couldn’t come over because I was busy with appointments… an issue that I’ve later regretted.
I learned later that day that they charged her $225 for two newish mismatched tires. Her father examined the tires when she got to Charlotte that evening.
These people took advantage of a young woman that didn’t know what she was doing.
DO NOT GO HERE!! They are doing shady things here.

honestly I wasn’t even going to leave a review but whatever. I will not be going back to this place. and I honestly don’t recommend anybody else to either. regardless of how good they have been for you in the past. this was a trusted place for me for years until they scammed me recently. I was told that I needed new brakes and so I spent $150 on getting new brakes for my car and after they replaced them, I asked for the old ones back to which they handed me perfectly fine brakes. I then had multiple opinions of ACTUAL mechanics Tell me that these brakes were perfect and didnt need to be changed. i still have them. they went out of their way to finesse me. also as of today i had to go back to my dealership and was told 4 of my lug nuts were missing. so Angels didnt put 4 of them back on my tires and didnt bother to tell me. i used to trust this place but im so over it now. i hope this place gets shut down. they took advantage of me and for what?
