This agency should lose its DWI class certification. They're so disorganized and will cause you problems for YEARS if you use them.

John is a great counselor, pays attention and very professional. Of course nobody wants to go through this, but if you do, I highly recommend him for your assessment. Great experience?

John bragged about his LSD use. Also received more money that what was asked for his assessment. If it wasn't him than it was whoever has access to his office. I offered to pay again, as his assessment was a crucial part, judicially, for me. If he's the only one with access to his office someone has clearly stolen from him. If not....I don't think anyone at the asheville office is actually recovered.

John is very trustworthy and honest! I would give 10 stars if I could.

John was very dishonest in his assessment. I suspected he was biased on the advice he gave me. I requested copies of all my records and could clearly see where he made up answers to increase hours to complete my required dui class. His inconsistencies were regular. Afraid to file a formal complaint as my driver's license was a stake. He is financially motivated not treatment oriented.

I cannot say enough positive things regarding the kindness, safety, and education provided to me and our weekly group from Carlyle and Angel Light. Truly transformative.

Very poor service I doubt they have any success! Didn't submit needed reports and didn't seem to care at all.

Correction: this happened at the Whole Foods on Merrimon-- Hey y'all, I just want to give a shout out to the amazing staff at Whole Foods working their butts off and doing an amazing job controlling social distancing. I was in line with my husband since they are only allowing 20 people in the store at a time when we noticed the woman (white, in her 60s-70s, athleisure wear - photo of her and her husband calling the woman working the front door an idiot for not letting her in when her husband was already inside. My husband and I piped up saying that's inappropriate and rude and to which she replied with "go f*** yourself" and "go back to China, this world is being ridiculous about this China Virus." I told her I'm not even Chinese but she just continued ranting about the China Virus and other Trump-esque talking points. The video I have is after the incident where I'm cracking up because she tried to record us but ended up recording herself.

This woman and her husband are racist. My friend was at Whole Foods in Asheville and they spewed racist remarks to her because she was upset she couldn’t get in after her husband. (WF policy is only 20 ppl at a time). If you know them make sure they know their actions won’t be tolerated here in Asheville or anywhere and for sure do not give them your money.

Examine your conscience. Treat others as you would like to be treated.

This man and his wife like to shout racist things to people while grocery shopping during a pandemic. How disgusting of you, John and your wife. I cant believe you work with the court system. I can only imagine how your racist views have affected so many people you were supposed to help. You should be ashamed!
