I went to Amazing Lash Bar for a couple of months last year and initially thought the issues with my lashes were my fault or related to my aftercare, as the staff seemed to insinuate. However, I followed all their instructions, and the lashes still didn’t last. The extensions would fall off quickly, and the glue had a strong chemical smell that made my eyes burn during application. For the high prices they charge, the quality just isn’t there. I finally decided to stop going and wouldn’t recommend this place.

So, I booked a hybrid volume full set with a master lash tech and thought that I liked them when she was done, but when I got home I realized they were way too spaced out. There isn’t any volume at all. It actually looks like only the fans were used instead of a combination of the individual lashes and fans. I work night shift and booked at 11am so I already didn’t have much sleep and when I got there, they told me my appt wasn’t until 11:30 even though I showed them the confirmation they sent to my phone at 11. (No big deal though, I just went out to my car and waited the 30 minutes). It took two hours and like I said I was already sleep deprived and needed to go home and get some sleep for my next shift tonight. I should’ve said something when I was there so I guess it’s my fault, but lesson learned. I gave 2 stars because the lash tech was nice and friendly but overall I’m just not happy with the results of my lashes. I would’ve liked more volume considering I booked a volume hybrid set.

I had my lashes done on a Saturday at the location in Asheville... Full/hybrid volume set is what I needed and told her a wispy cat eye and showed a picture and everything. My tech did a entire full set in 40 minutes. I have never had a fill take less then an hr much less and entire set, the lashes were poorly placed, I had some so close to my lid they were poking into my lid and other placed so far out they looked line 3 week/4week growth. They were clumped together and lashes glued together, had glued my bottome lashes to the top and even had glue on my eye lid. My left eye was so irritated I had to remove them just 2 days later. They were very poorly done and the tech was in a hurry an rushed. I reached out and emailed them and not a single person followed up with me. Would not recommend at all now with the prices and the quality of lashes used.

This place is absolutely the worst for customer service!!! The girls up front are clueless!!! The charged my card incorrectly and even so, I had to return the products and then was told they messed up the return so they couldn’t process the correct amount and had to go back again so I told them to take my card off file because of all the issues and now I have to pay more to go there and THEY were the ones who MESSED UP!!! I’ve never been somewhere where the customers pay for the employees mistakes like I have there!!! Mallory was AMAZING and I’m sad that I won’t be able to utilize her services but I refuse to constantly pay my hard earned money to a place that shows no loyalty to their customers!!! I spent well over $100 each time and they could care less about how they treat people so unless you want to just throw your money away or if you don’t care about how you’re treated, then I would stay FAR AWAY from AMAZING LASH STUDIO, ASHEVILLE LOCATION!!!!

Before relocating to Greenville, I always saw Anastasia at this location, and let me tell you she is AMAZING!!! Her work is absolutely stunning, and can do any lash set of your preference, she is also just as good at brows!! She is also very sweet and personable. If you’re looking for a brow or lash tech in the area, I would HIGHLY recommend Anastasia!!!

Paid $165 plus a $50 tip for mega volume lashes and they installed clusters that began to fall off the next day I get my lashes done all the time my lashes were not washed beforehand and they were not individual very disappointed will not be returning ? 215 for two days of clusters.
