Al found us a qualified tenant for our townhouse. Working with him was great from the initial consult to quickly getting a lovely listing up and running, to the signing of the lease and collecting funds from our new tenant. The thing I appreciate most about Al is his quality service and how quickly and kindly he responded to my communications. We have worked with Al in purchasing a home in the past but this was our first time selling. With Al's expertise and guidance we were able to get over asking price on the first day! The crew he uses for the video, walk through, and photos did a high quality professional job to make our home stand-out. He had our back during negotiations and even stepped up to get straw spread when I was upset about the mud mess left by a septic inspection.
