I used ABRA Auto Body of Asheville recently for a minor repair on my Subaru. Before choosing them, I contacted another Subaru certified repair shop in Hickory and was told it would take a month to fit me in and another month to do the repair. Then I contacted ABRA and was told 3 days. I took my vehicle in and had it back within the time they told me. I worked directly with Nathan who was very knowledgeable and helpful. I will utilize their services for any future needs and highly recommend them.

Good work. Had small issue when work was done and they fixed it.Coffee. They need to buy milk and use filtered water. Sorry ,but I judge people on thier coffee presentation. It's not that hard.. Oh,some plants and pictures in wall would be nice...A little life,energy. I will send people thier way though... But im not joking about the coffee.

I needed repairs to my new truck (from a collision in Jan). The people at ABRA of Avl were on the ball from day 1, from multiple calls, to updates, concerns, reminders, and their level of genuine friendliness and concern. Their commitment to me being a satisfied customer exceeded my expectations and blew me away. The key was they took time to address me as the owner of the wrecked truck, and were patient, prompt, and listened. They seemed to understand how I might feel, and did their best to calm my anxiety. I would recommend them to anyone local needing repairs to their Ford or other make vehicle. I will go back if an opportunity arises.

This place is exceptional! I was under a time crunch to have my van fixed and they were able to complete it within a week. They were professional and did not seem agitated when I would call and see how it was going. Kenon was the best. This place deserves 10 stars instead of five stars, you won’t be disappointed!
