The man that runs the office is friendly and professional. The units and the space are extremely clean and security access is awesome. You have to passcode in and out and again to get to the units.

We don't store here but used them for Uhaul rental. Very nice and comfortable reception area. Staff was prompt and made things easy. Everything seemed very clean and professional.

Only rented a Uhaul from this location but will keep in mind for the future for any storage needs. Andy at the front desk is crazy nice and the facility is spotless!

This facility has rats, and they will not do anything about them urinating and dropping feces on your belongings. My entire unit is covered in rat droppings, according to the health department this facility is on top of several sewer and septic lines. I was told that "they have no way to control the rats or keep them out of people's belongs, just like you can't keep rats out of your house". Sorry maybe they cannot keep rats out their house but I don't have a problem keeping them out of mine with food in it sitting in the middle of a field full of critters and creatures. When I first got my unit, I had to let them know they had a homeless person living in the unit across from mine, after the almost month it took to get them out, I told them there were rats in the building and they told me they would take care of it. Every time I have complained they said they would let the pest control guy know, maybe they need a new pest control company. My unit is in the first row, very last building on the left. The numbers have like 5040 through something I am not sure in it. If you have a unit there GO CHECK YOUR STUFF!!!!

We have used many storage facilities over the decades but none came close to AAA Storage for all these reasons: superior cleanliness, friendly on-site personnel, free lock/key, well-lit, available hand carts, easy access, secure without question, simple online payment procedure. AAA Storage is the gold standard for everything storage lockers should be. Thank you for being there when needed.

We needed storage in a hurry! AAA Storage came to the rescue with a new & clean unit at a very fair price! The AAA team was helpful, courteous and kind. If you have storage needs in Asheville go to AAA Storage, you will not be disappointed!

I can not say enough good things about AAA Storage! I have had four different storage units in the Asheville area and this one is the best, HANDS DOWN. The facility is immaculate and has great security and surveillance. However, the best part is the management. Andy and his team are always kind and accommodating. Kindness, security and cleanliness are tops in my criteria for a storage facility and they have all three. This is a difficult combination to find in the area and I speak from experience.

I thought "neutral" was the most you could ever hope to feel about a storage facility, but AAA on Sardis is great. It's always clean, extremely secure, the equipment is in good working order, and Andy and everyone else I've interacted with on staff have gone above and beyond on customer service. Super easy payment process, too. Highly recommend.
