No prices on anything at all. Asked for pricing on a particular item and was told that he didn't remember giving a price on this particular item recently and couldn't remember but he could contact the supplier but they didn't work weekends so it would be Monday before he could do this and a few more days before we would know! What ? How are there no prices on anything in the store at all and how can you have no way to look up a product you sell ? We opted to go to another supplier where they actually know the price of all the items they sell . I feel this is questionable!

I run a small business. I've used 84 Lumber in the past, and in the past they've been good. But in the last three years, I've noticed a real drop in customer service.I ordered lumber from them last week. They said it would be delivered on Tuesday 20/12. I was at the site from 8am to 545pm. I called them at 3:08pm to check and see if they were still delivering and they said yes. I called at 5:45pm to see if they were still delivering and they said that the truck broke down.He said that they called me, but no one answered. Turns out they called the number on the account (my brother-in-law), not the cell phone number that I gave them when i ordered the lumber (the guy made sure to confirm my delivery info before I left. I confirmed my cell number and told them to come thru the gate on the left.)I was perturbed. They said they would have it delivered at 6:30am on Wednesday. They showed up at 0830 and then delivered the lumber to the wrong yard. Despite my telling them specifically to come thru the gate on the left, they delivered the lumber to the site behind the gate on the right.When I called to speak with a manager and asked how they were going to fix it, he said he could send a truck back out with a forklift to move it, but he couldn't tell me when that would be.NO THANKS!!! The last thing that i want to do is wait around all day (again) for your people. 84 Lumber has demonstrated that they don't care about the small guy on the other end of the transaction.

Our materials were delivered on the day promised and placed as requested with care. After all the construction delays and broken chains, 84 Lumber kept to their quote and came through for us unlike big box stores and smaller mom & pop stores. Thanks SO much. My husband and I will choose you first next time! Excellent customer service and updates.

The down side; I had to order my material (1 3/4 cove moulding) so I didn't get to pick and choose and I had to wait for it. The upside; I got the order in the exact lengths I requested. The quality of the material was outstanding, (clear pine) and the price. It was less than 1/2 what they were asking at the Big Box Stores. So painting it myself was no big deal. I will definitely keep them in mind for my future projects

I had an amazing experience there, I had great service at the front counter and then a gentleman with the best mullet I have ever seen was able to help me find the treated material so I can build enclosurers for my animals. Very satisfied!

I made the mistake of walking into the showroom with a mask on. Three employees were standing at the front desk with no masks which is annoying, but not the end of the world for me. However, it was obvious it was a problem for them. I asked for some help ordering crown molding, received short responses with the man behind the counter looking at me like I was burning a flag. They took my info, my specs, won't return a call after a week. Not surprised. Garbage customer service. Will never walk in there again and they missed out on potentially a lot of business...just because I wore a mask.

Outstanding customer service. We placed two lumber orders by phone with Rebecca and Andrew. They were both friendly, professional and helpful. We placed one order five minutes before closing. They treated us both as valued customers on each call. I would hire both of them! So glad we called them instead of Lowes or Home Depot. Worth it!

I called to make sure they had a specific size sheet of beaded board, The gentleman went out and measured at my request and came back and said it was “about 2 inches wide.” I had a conversation with him about the different sizes and how I needed to make sure it was 2 inches wide and not smaller and he said it was. I proceeded to drive 45 minutes one way and of course when I got there it was not correct. Totally unprofessional. I would not trust them with my business.
